This hits different. I lost a very very close friend of mine, whom I consider a sister and a soulmate, from cancer as well. She told me last December and then she passed away June this year. It was one of the lowest, saddest and darkest moment of my life. It was really stressful and painful...
I also lost a friend to cancer this June. Baka same lang itong friend natin? Who knows, magkaibigan pala tayo. Anyway, ang sakit sakit pa rin. So many people dying young these days.
I didn't even know her prior to this but reading all their hearfelt messages for her and how heartbroken they are for her loss, naiyak ako especially that I just lost my beloved lola last month whom I cherish the most. Huhu.
Napaluha ako. The pain is unimaginable. I will be praying for your family.
I lost my beloved lolo/my father figure back in 2022. Ang sakit sakit nun lalo na pag bago. Mas mag-fade over time but the sadness still comes and goes.
While for this one, it hits me too. The pain of losing, the pain as a mom, and sadness for her loved ones and the kids. Ang sakit sakit din as a mom knowing na you can no longer go on on to watch your precious kids grow up. Haaay
I also lost my sister to a liver cancer..she survived breast cancer then few years later came back sa liver and stage4 na kaagad..I was not able to see her alive kasi she died while i was in a quarantine hotel (dec2020) i think she let go na pagkatapos kami nag facetime while i was waiting sa airport na waiting to be transported sa quartine hotel ko. ansakit lang talaga nun ako lang mag isa sa hotel when they called me wala na ate ko.
Grabe no? The whole family speaks highly of her and each has a vivid memory with her. Speaks volumes of how she has embraced them and how they have loved her. Even si Sarah Lahbati ay grieving. Nakakalungkot naman ito. 😢
Hay….. no words.
