    4. Timbrehan ang ibang branch para pag dun naman nag inarte lam na ng server ano gagawin sa food nila bago serve sa table lol, paskil ang mukha sa website nila

    6. sinadya nilang maging horrible kasi wala talaga silang planong magbayad. you need security people para sa mga ganyang diners. parang bouncer... harangin para di makalabas hanggang di nagbabayad. Pag walang pambayad, ipakulong. dinaan lang sa kunyari daming reklamo...style na bulok.

    1. True. Pero nakakaawa din ang service staff. They always bear the brunt of bastos, angry customers. Verbally attacked yung staff :(

      I used to work sa customer service. I know how it feels. I was verbally threatened by a client na mali naman sya. Good thing may other witnesses who backed me up, in case mag reklamo yung client. I remember the old lady I was assisting who volunteered her phone number and said she's willing to give a testimony na rude yung guy.

  5. Sana naglabas sya ng cctv sabay blur ng face. Dahil Pag kilala kilala mo sila like officemates or kptbhy halos araw araw mo nkkta. kahit blur face nila. Makikila mo parin sla. Para naman wala na gumaya at matakot na Yun iba Gagaya or manloko ng iba biz. Establishment. Meron tlaga mga ganyan msydo entitled. Feeling Customer is always right lagi! ๐Ÿคจ๐Ÿคจ๐Ÿคจ

  6. This is sad. He even looked at the cctv. They were treated well and seems to be having a good time. It baffles him na when it was time to pay they made a scene. Wala siguro pambayad kaya namintas na lang at gumawa ng eksena

  9. Experienced seeing this in Sweet Inspirations in Shang Plaza. Two guys ordered a lot of food and when they asked for the bill the server gave a recount of everything they ordered. One guy loudly said “I know what we ordered. You’re rude!” and walked out. Gulat lahat and mall security had to be called. They went to the mall office and eventually the other guy paid but bumalik sila and the first guy kept saying magsasampa daw sila ng kaso against the restaurant and the server. Kawawa talaga yung server kasi sobrang na stress out. Grateful for the restaurant manager who kept on assuring him na wala siyang ginawang mali. Baka nauuso na MO ng mga feeling entitled. Tataasan ang boses, mag e English to intimidate the servers at aalis. ☹️

    1. may gumawa din nyan sa tagaytay samgyup place (there's video going around). madami sila, i think 4 or 5, then nung hiningi ang bill sabi sa waiter sandali lang, pinaalis si waiter. then sumenyas sa mga kasama na umalis na. pagbalik ng waiter nag abot na daw sya ng 2k pero wala naman. nakatakas sila without paying

  14. File a complaint or it didn't happen :D :D :D Pro tip lang Dr. Chef Tatung PhD, but you should have some security guards and cameras in your restaurant ;) ;) ;) That way you have some evidence to file a lawsuit :) :) :)

    1. Hassle din naman kasi lalo na kung hindi naman in the hundred thousand ang total na halaga. Pero mas ok talaga if magfa-file ng kaso para wala nang gumaya.

  21. Sa Pinas grabe maka look down ang mga tao sa mga servers, waiters, etc. Pinoy mentality yan, likas ang kayabangan and the need to show off. You can tell the difference when you dine abroad. For a 3rd world country sobrang andaming matapobre dyan sa Pinas. Di ko matiis pag nakakakita ako ng ganyan umasta, at palaging merong feeling entitled. Di mo alam kung anong pinaglalaban nila.

    2. Yes feel ko yan. Mababa tingin sa service industry workers tas dagdagan mo pa ng feeling entitled. Yung business class na pinoy vs foreigner makikita mo ang laki ng pagkakaiba. Yung pinoy sa immigration gumagawa ng sariling linya at nag jjump ng line. Wala akong pali kung naka Fendi or Rimowa kayo, may pila at pumila kayo. Kahiya sila.
