Netizen Calls Out Joyride for Disrespectful Driver

@pvtoseko i booked a Joyride taxi kaninang umaga to attend and event kasi late na ako, and this happened. I'm kinda offended sa mga sinasabi nya, first is tinanong nya ako if I'm reading the bible and sabi ko "No po kasi muslim both parents ko" and he replied "e ikaw ano ka?" I'm really not sharing my real info sa ganong bagay kaya sabi ko "hindi ko po alam" and then eto na nangyare, pinagbasa nya rin ako ng bible even tho sinabi ko sakanya na my parents was muslim. #fyp ♬ original sound - IG:izzy.kiell

  1. Penoys doing penoy things again :D :D :D That sawsaw gene is very powerful ;) ;) ;) Two things you don't talk about with other people - religion and politics :) :) :) You know why? :D :D :D Next time nalang ulit ;) ;) ;)

    1. Smiley, calling Pinoys Penoys doesn't make you smart at all. I mean the smileys don't already help, but at least have some self respect to spell Pinoy correctly since isa ka rin naman sa amin. Hypocrite.

    3. The driver is the perfect example of self-righteous. Pwede ka naman magshare ng bible verse without being sarcastic, condescending. He’s not judging daw pero panay ‘masaya ka? masaya ka dyan?’ I believe the Bible but I will never shove it someone’s throat just to prove a point. Share it humbly and respectfully.

    5. I feel so bad for the passenger. Drivers of such should just maintain a professional relationship with clients.

  5. The driver's intention may be pure but his style is off. As a Christian I don't believe in shotgun evangelism. Sharing the gospel is intentional and there is a process.

    2. Hinde tunay na Kristiano yan. Kaya maraming nadadapa at najujudged na Christians because of self righteous so called Christians na nakasilip lang ng kaunti, feeling nila kilala na nila ang Diyos. Love is the guiding principle of Christianity. If you don't understand that, you have no right to preach it.

  6. Instead of being judgmental, the best way to introduce Jesus is just to show love. We shouldn’t be shoving our beliefs to other people. I hope he reports the driver for making his ride uncomfortable .

    2. 12:23 agree ako sayo however i really do not think swak ang timing at approach nya. The driver is also not a gifted speaker kasi nakakairita yung boses nya. Im a Christian and kahit gawin sa akin yan mejo off pa din. At the end, God willingly died for our sins to make a way for us sinners to be in heaven with Him but He still gave us free will to choose kaya dapat wag din mapilit tong driver.

      Delete
    3. 12:23 your truth may be different to another person's truth. Let us just respect each other's beliefs and not shove them in people's throat. It's going to repel them.

    4. 12:23 magtigil ka. There is a time and place for everything.

    5. Thr truth is Jesus accept all kinds of people. How do you know the bible you have is 100% correct? Its not in English when it was written. It can have many interpretation. Please widen your mind and be kind to all people like what Jesus did.

      Delete
    6. 1223 I get your point. But if you preach the word of God dapat depende yan sa lugar. If he gave him a gospel tract and just stayed nice to him all throughout the ride baka mas maconvince pa nya.

    1. Unfortunately, a lot of Filipinos still live in the olden times. I also know of a few who judge non-Christians. Yung term na "kayong mga katoliko talaga" sounds so condescending and judgmental .

      Delete
    2. 5:47 paano naging judgmental? obviously may pinanggagalingan yan. eh mas condescending and judgemental pa nga yung mga self proclaimed maka diyos dyan aminin....

      Delete
Lahat ng naniniwala Kay Jesus Christ are Christians.

  14. We need to be fishers of men...not scare them away. As a Christian, it is our duty to share the Gospel pero may paraan and timing din. Here kasi parang nag momonologue lang sya and tahimik lang yung kausap so may disconnect na and walang patutunguhan yung usapan. Also, may nasabi naman syang tama however, nasabi din nya na mas masahol pa sya so why would i hear you out? He also needs to practice first what he preaches before preaching it to others

At dont be a judger because you are not a judge. Driver ka! Maghatid at sundo ka.

  35. Set and be firm with your boundaries. Practice clearly stating things like "Sir, huwag na lang nating pag-usapan" in a serious but polite tone and I think they will get the message. If they persist, then ask to be dropped off immediatey because you don't feel safe. Then report the driver immediately it ends there.

It's not always about the gender or religion or politics. Whatever the topic may be, some people are just highly opinionated and nosy.

I have no respect and sympathy for that driver who is an evil reincarnate. Let's all call-out Joyride to take action para maging example si driver na walang karapatan na gawin yun sa kahit kaninong pasahero niya. Maturuan sana siya ng leksyon. I don't usually agree on people getting fired but this time, I hope Joyride will fire the driver.
