    1. Yeah. But you could also say na it is their right to use his last name and also their right to demand certain acts of responsibility from him.

  10. Kawawa naman yung kids carrying the father's surname. Father na absent naman throughout their life and wala rin financial support. kudos to the mom and the stepdad

    married sila
di ko nga lang alam if annulled na or what
kasi may second husband na si mama

  13. Ganda ng mga anak nya.

  14. If Lian had stayed for the sake of the kids lang .. the result will prob. not like this. Congrats to Lian!!!

. LALO NA sa TUMATAYONG AMA NG 2 BATA .

    1. Hi I asked this from my annulment lawyer. He said if di kasal parents mo pwede mo pa remove surname mo ex j baretto but if kasal di daw ma remove

    2. When I was changing citizenship here in US, I was asked if I want to change name. Im still carrying my 1st husbands last name kase kahit divorced na kami.

    3. 4:54 tnx gurl.

  17. Paolo, absent na naman.

  18. This is a perfect case as to why divorce should be legalized in the Philippines. Imagine this man cannot marry her. They have together longer than Lian's marriage to Paolo. If something happens to Lian's current partner, she isn't recognized at all by law.

    1. Truth 1:32!!!

      Jusmio n lng tlga

No to divorce

    3. 10:01 as if naman super banal mo, holier than thou b. Ang dapat mong pagsabihan ay si Paolo dahil he never take responsibilidad kay Lian and their children despite being married
