    2. Through surgery

    3. Not entirely. If young and still growing and moderate grading or degree ng curvature, pwede mag brace to prevent worsening ng curve. May konting correction or straightening din na pwede mangyari but not total correction. If severe yung curve, candidate for surgery and again ma ccorrect ng konti but not entirely straight pa rin. Pag mild scoliosis, back exercises lang and monitoring.

    4. Yes depende gano kalala

    5. Depende sa severity ng scoliosis. Ako naka back brace since college

    6. Through surgery. If no surgery, pwede naman maprevent ang progression ng curve

    7. Surgery. If no surgery just hope the scoliosis curve progression stop with the brace. Exercise can manage the pain.

    1. Nope doctorate degree po DC

    2. No they are not. And di sila regulated ng PRC so if may any untoward incident, you're on your own. Di rin sila covered ng HMO, philhealth so lahat bg "treatments" out of pocket.

      Delete
    3. Hindi po. I suggest check a rehab doctor/physiatrist. Covered ng HMO and they can assess the treatment and therapy needed.

  5. Sana i-push yung availability ng chiropractors all over the country, pati sa mga probinsya. I've seen that famous chiro for celebrities kaso mukang di afford ng budget ko.

  7. Make sure you are properly checked by the Professional Doctors. In junior high, it was mandatory for all of us students to have scoliosis checkup/screening by a nurse. The nurse said I had scoliosis, so she gave me papers to take home to my parents & they took me to an Orthopaedic Doctor. When I went to the doctor they said I did NOT have scoliosis and that the nurse was wrong. I was happy & relieved at the time. 😊

    2. Hi. I am anon 1:42 am. No, this was for public schools (junior high school) here in California (USA). Mandatory during those times for us students around year 1986-1987.

    4. I noticed depende sa hospital and nag-read ng xray mo. I found out during college na may scoliosis ako and chest xray lang siya ah. Kasama siya sa results na nakuha ko.
Some hospitals and clinic na nagpa- x-ray ako wala naman note about scoliosis

  8. ding problema ng buhay, scoliosis is not correctible by just hilot, kaya move on na,surgery if malala na is the key,not lahat can afford

    1. Meron naman sa mga public hospital and universities na merong PT course na nagoffer ng free consultation sa rehab doctor and therapy. Yes maraming problem sa buhay pero if kaya imaisingit ang treatment, go for it. Take it from someone who was almost paralyzed and needed surgery because of her back.
