Actually medyo ok for me yung Manananggal aspect nya kasi I read somewhere na the reason why Father Mallari became a serial killer was because he believed na yun yung cure para sa nanay nya who he thought was a victim of kulam. Actually I would have preferred if they focused on that aspect and created a confusion kung siya ba talaga yung pumapatay o yung nanay nya and inaassist lang nya.

Yun dapat ang gawing standard pagdating sa Pinoy horror films. Yung Feng Shui ni Kris Aquino maganda din pero ung Barbara ang the best!

It was horrible. Di ko din gets why smartphones/social media were all over the film, pwede naman isuspend ang belief for a little bit, hindi naman relevant o nakakadagdag sa story.

Overall nagandahan ako. Ayoko lang talaga yung pagkaka-edit kay Gloria Diaz. Take Mallari as fictionalized history like Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter movie. Bet ko rin na fast pacing at kabog ang acting ni JC.

I do agree na sana d nasobrahan sa folklore insted naging pyscho-thriller na lng but they were right to, baka yon nman kc tsismis nun time nila, mahilig cla sa mga supernatural. d ko nagustuhan yon time traveller, yon lng tlga yon corny.
