It is a personal choice to capitalize or not pronouns which refer to God. There is no right or wrong doing so. For me, capitalizing pronouns that refer to God shows reverence for His name. Each of us has different viewpoint and conviction.

What is 'of God'? Humility, goodness, respect, kindness. God does not endorse deceit, vanity, greed and pride. He absolutely does not endorse the use of his name in vain. You don't just turn to God and use his words as a shield to seem Godly you must live it. Otherwise, you are sinning in great hypocrisy.
