    4. Co-owner may iba pa siyang business partners. Tingin mo kaya niya mag-isa magpatayo ng ganyan

      Delete
Kaya Jcastle stand for James and John second name ni Daniel.

      Delete
    6. Industrial partner lang, not even co owner, know the difference po.

      Delete
    7. 10:52, kung maka know the difference ka. Industrial partner is an owner kasi partner nga eh. Maybe hindi capitalist but still an owner if he is a partner. Also, not sure how he can be an industrial partner when an industrial partners contributes services and knowledge, may time ba sia and experience to run a theme park. Unless being the face of the theme park is what they consider as his contribution.

      Delete
    8. Anong industrial partner????? Kaloka kayo

      Delete
    9. So easy to google industrial partner, mangan mangan pa kayo. Oh eto sabi ni Google “A partner who contributes services instead of money or property.”
Services like marketing promotions, endorsement, malinaw na siguro.

      Delete
    10. Regardless whatever you call his role in this, it’s still a great achievement for a young man.

    11. Eto ba yung fantasyland malapit sa tagaytay? Yung pinagshootingan ng majika nila angel locsin and dennis trillo?

      Delete
    12. Industrial partner MEANS he ONLY CONTRIBUTED SERVICES instead of money or property so walang pera nilabas si Daniel.😩

      Delete
    13. Front lang sya. Taga dyan kami. Fil-Chinese may ari.

    14. Part owner. Ang baduy ng name, hindi nakaka sosi

      Delete
    3. For those who can't afford Disneyland pwede na yan.

      Delete
    4. Hindi lahat afford Disneyland…feeling ko marami mga families pupunta dito especially those who have little girls

      Delete
    5. Not everyone can afford Disneyland like you.

      Delete
    6. Ok good for you sa mga walang budget this is good also

    8. Enchanted Kingdom mas marami rides

      Delete
68 KG at 5 flat. Overweight ako. Tapos yung suot kong sneakers, tiis ganda pa.

One Disneyland experience is enough for me.

I have to see it.

We should encourage new players and investors. Support more of these newly established ones para marami pang maencourage at para mabuhay ang ekonomiya natin. Hindi pa man naguumpisa sinira nyo na at pinabagsak by pledging your loyalty to the giants. You can go support whichever you want, but to exert effort into dragging the others down? Para saan? What do you get? I’m all for more new businesses and competition especially from small players pero yung ganyang daniel padilla na pinapabagsak nyo pa, pano pa maeencourage ung mga ibang regular pinoys

    11. Smh. Di pinag isipan ang comment ah. 🤦🏻‍♂️

    12. I think yung concept nya is not similar to Disney or enchanted ..its more on optical illusion/LED light museum like the one in Tokyo

    2. Feelingera kasi yung iba dito...ok afford nyo ang Disneyland, so what? Ikinaganda nyo yan at ikinayaman nyo yan? FYI - not everyone wants to travel just to get a Disney experience especially those who have kids kahit afford nila..hassle kaya mag.travel...If magtravel ako, I'd rather go to the beach or go sight seeing dahil mas sulit yung oras ko dun...sa Disney ang taas ng pila and di ako masyadong mahilig sa rides.

      Delete
Comprehension muna bago maging mapait

      Delete
    4. Si 10:38 halatang walang pang Disneyland LOL its the happiest place on earth esp for kids

      Delete
    5. si 2:17 naman halatang matapobre

      Delete
    6. 10:39, mali din naman kasi icompare sa Disneyland when it’s even not the same concept. Mali na i-categorize siya as theme park when it’s not.
Agree on preferences. I hate going to the beach or anywhere na hot climate.
10:38 - hindi pa rin parang disney eh. Probably immersion/ interactive museum category ng place

      Delete
    7. 217 have you been there? 😂

  8. Congrats DJ...

    1. I’ll give it 5-6 years.

    2. For me, i dont need to wait for vloggers/influencers' reviews dhil his theme park is more of a photo ops type of thing which is not my thing as im not into selfie/IG/photoshoots. I know na hndi ako maganda and lalong hndi photogenic so I dont see any use or fun to me. Peace

    3. Ganyan din sa EK. ₱2k+ pag special, di na pipila for rides.

      Delete
    4. Sana man lang tinapat nila sa EK na 1.2k lang or mas mura sa EK para tangkilikin. But oh well not my business naman. So wish them luck na lang

      Delete
    5. 12:55 yung EK madaming rides, eto most of the attractions are basically photo op areas.

      Delete
    6. Parang carousel lang ang rides. This is not comparable to EK. Parang Dessert Museum siguro.

      Delete
  9. Sorry im not interested sa mukha nya. Interested ako sa mga rides, which it seems na either wala or mediocre or not exciting ito. So, next. EK parin.

  14. Nasaan ang mga rides?

    ReplyDelete
  15. It looks cheap. 😔 I know pang-masa ang market pero sana i-elevate naman ang design.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Agree mukha cheap at hindi pinag isipan. DJ should be wiser with his money and investments. This will be profitable for what 2-3 years tapos I have a feeling hindi mag ROI kasi walang rides puro photobooth lang

Ewan ko from a business perspective, its a bad investment

      Delete
    2. Also, who’s driving to Tanauan to see this? EK is accessible via SLex from Manila. But Tanauan is still an hour away from Tagaytay

      Delete
    3. 11:40 oo nga tapos kung light show lang may Art in Island naman sa Manila. So between the price, mahabang biyahe, and there being an easier alternative within the city baka hindi mga tagaMaynila ang target market nila dito.

      Delete
  16. Pa cool lage hindi naman bagay.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Not a good investment. High cost maintenance. Sana ma-sustain.

    1. Not bongga, too pricey for the place, no rides pa

      Delete
Mas sulit ang EK if ever.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Sa EK sulit you can spend a whole day there, lots of rides and activities. Itong Jcastle the place looks empty parang malilibot mo in less than two hours tapos bored ka na.

  20. Ano ba pino-promote nila ung theme park or si DP? Lol

    ReplyDelete

    2. ✔️💯

      Congratulations Daniel❤️❤️❤️❤️

    3. Agree! I still admire this young man for all his achievements. Amidst all his success, una pa din ang mother nya and siblings. No wonder he is blessed pa rin inspite of the controversy na hinarap nya.

      Delete
    4. 856 andyan na nga c 920 at ayaw pa umamin. 😂 Pero ayaw magtagumpay ang business ni Dj. Nakakaloka!

      Delete
  23. Hindi pang masa! Ordinary pinoy hindi afford yan. Madaming theme park na mas affordable. Hope kumita si Daniel sa investment nya! And sana he invested money kasi gusto nyang kumita talaga at hindi para makasabay sa iba or yabang! Celebrities should be wise with their money! ✌️

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Industrial partner sya so it means he didn’t invest money. Yung fame nya as an actor ang investment nya.

  24. Nakakatawa talaga tayong mga pinoy. Talangka mentality. Lahat showbiz??
Magcongratulate kayo and wish him well.
Wag ng siraan kung hindi nyo feel.

For me it's helpful sa mga taong nag iisip na pumunta dyan.

      Delete
  25. Parang mali kasi na it was categorized as a theme park. Para siyang bigger version ni Art in Island in Cubao, Monet & Friends/Van Gogh in BGC or smaller version ni TeamLab sa Japan.

It's more of immersive chorva chenes eh. Dko maisip exact words to describe it pero hindi siya theme park because parang walang rides.

But just the same, i think the price is pwede na. Art in Island is 850, Monet&Friends 2.5k, TeamLab in Japan is 1,400.

So kung mahilig kayo sa mga immersive display or light installation, then magugustuhan niyo to.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies

      Delete
Wishing them DP and my friend James well on this new business venture

      Delete

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Based sa picture, dagat sa likod.. parang may beach, kung may access tao sa beach then it’s worth it. Mag eenjoy mga bata sa installation and the castle itself tapos pwede pa mag beach… maybe eventually they will add rides or playgrounds for the kids … who knows.

      Delete

    ReplyDelete
  28. Kala ko it is the same as Fantasy World in Batangas na medyo abandoned na ngayon. Baka naman mag-succeed itong business ni DJ.

    ReplyDelete
  29. What is that giant duck supposed to be? And the giant boombox?

There's no "theme" in this theme park. Wala nga masyado entertainment. It looks more like an exhibition but cheaply put together. Slightly better version nung disastrous Willy Wonka experience sa UK.

    1. Anu ba yan. Hinde Ikaw ang target market. Ako for me ok na ito for a start , atleast nakaka tulong ito for the people sa tanauan batangas it will boost livelihood nila dun. I don’t see any wrong sa ganito it’s okay .. Basta Madami nakakatulong at napapasaya mga tao. Ang negosyo ay hinde walk in a park Hirap sa iba gusto kumita agad mali mindset yun.

      Delete
    2. From what I could see, ung duck ay may kasamang ball pit.

      Delete
So ni rehabilidate ulit nila and binuhay? If ito yun. Mabuti naman sayang din kasi Atleast now nakikinabang na yung lugar and makapag bigay livelihood mga tao near the area.

    2. 143 anong misconception ang pinagsasabi mo dyan eh totoo nmang Daniel is one of the owner hence the word „partner“. It doesn’t matter kung pera o services ang ambag nya. May silent partner pa nga. Lol

  32. Congrats DP :) :) :) Bashers are going to bash no matter what ;) ;) ;) One thing about penoys, they can't be happy when someone is succeeding ;) ;) ;) They always try to bring someone's success down :D :D :D Hay naku... penoys... stop being crabs in a bucket ;) ;) ;)

  33. An industrial partner is someone who provides expertise, obviously hindi si Daniel yon. Malay nya on running a theme park? He is a co-owner based on the pr materials that they are releasing. Mahirap ba tanggapin yon? Madaming business and investments si DJ so i guess hindi naman yon mauubos agad. Just because he’s selling some of his assets means he’s hard in cash na. He’s just being practical.
