I'm curious.
ReplyDelete@4:39 magaling si cillian murphy as always pero mahaba ang pelikula. medyo boring at maraming talkathon for me🥱 RDJ was also good
Both very brainy.
DeleteIt's a good movie but you need to have popcorn at mga chichiriya kasi ang haba. But at least di ka magutom if may pang snacks ka.
DeleteMaganda yun movie. Pang big screen sya. Mas maappreciate mo lalo yun sounds. Magaling silang lahat dun.
DeleteBetter with subtitles as there’s a lot of dialogue and sometimes the actors mumble. This is why it was boring in the cinemas but I will rewatch at home
DeletePinilit kong tapusin, Kelangan ng braincells pagpapanood hahaha
DeleteI watched it in 70mm IMAX na walang snacks nahilo ako lol. It’s a good movie snacks or no snacks
DeleteCurious with Poor Things and Anatomy. Maybe I should watch it.
ReplyDeleteAnatomy of a fall - it’s such an eerie quiet movie but a good one!
DeleteThanks classmate!
DeletePoor Things is quite a weird movie. Good acting though but not for kids.
DeletePoor things is xxx, at nasa disney plus na sya now LOL
DeleteDahil sa xxx , gusto ko tuloy mapanood. Haha. Emma Stone of my crushes pa naman.
Deletei love poor things! love bella’s innocence and empowerment in the end.
DeleteI was rooting for Sandra Huller, magaling syang actress. I watched both anatomy of the fall, zone of interest and of course Godzilla pero di pa poor things, Oppenheimer and barbie hehehe.
Nakaka touch speech nya.
ReplyDeleteAng ganda ni Emily Blunt. STUNNING!
ReplyDeleteBarbie for costume and design!!! What a miss!
ReplyDeleteMas maganda costume and design ng Poor Things.
Delete11:23 yes!!! i’m obsessed with it! galing!
DeleteSana may best dressed/look ka FP. Emily Blunt, Ms Jamie Lee Curtis and Issa Rae, gaganda.
So happy for him.
ReplyDeleteBillie Eilish has two Oscars already. Thanks to her brother, Finneas.
ReplyDeleteLol
Deletetrue!!!!
DeleteTalented yun brother nya, sya rin she can sing, talagang great duo
DeleteHe already won! And may nominations na sya! Si bradley cooper nga e 12 nominations 0 wins at maraming legendary actors never pa nanalo
DeleteSame thought girl! I mean, is it really not an Oscar-worthy performance? Siguro kung gagawin niyang movie yung Jonah and the Whale baka manalo uli siya.
Delete11:00 the point is, wala naman limitation sa number of nominees so bakit hindi man lang na-nominate sa Best Actor category eh deserve naman niya ma-nominate!
DeleteLeo doesn’t go inside the mind of his characters. He physically acts them but does not go into their psychology that’s why he can’t get an Oscar.
DeleteWas hoping makalusot yung Society of the Snow kahit sa isang category lang. But I'm not the jury so I respect their decision also. At least na nominate sila in 2 categories.
ReplyDeleteI agree, I super love that movie. Sayang!😔
DeleteFinally, an Oscar win for Mr Nolan after 7 or 8 nominations! Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteMy favorites were The Holdovers, Poor Things and Anatomy of a Fall. Killers of the Flower Moon pang fourth— didn’t like the pacing of the story as much
ReplyDeleteHoldovers ang underdog sa kanila. Buti nakuha nila yung Best Supporting Actress category.
DeleteOverrated naman ang Oppenheimer, very political.
ReplyDeleteAkala ko story ng journey ni Oppenheimer while he was creating the atomic bomb. Puro politics pala.
Mukhang d mo yata pinanuod e
DeleteYes politics was very much involved. Poor Oppenheimer once he found out how the project was ultimately used changing history forever.
DeleteThe whole drama is how the USA legally allowed a bomb like that to be made and how they politically justified killing innocent lives in that scale when they have a justice system that punishes murder
Delete@12:11 Kaya nga nakapag-comment na highly-political ung film, at hindi inspirational, kasi pinanood at inintindi.
DeleteBAKIT HINDI PINALABAS UNG GODZILLA MINUS ONE SA PINAS??
ReplyDeleteYes!! Sigaw ako ng sigaw, made a bet with hubby, sabi nya MI mananalo sabi ko Godzilla.
DeleteEmma Stone now has the same Oscar wins for best actress as Meryl which makes me feel disgusted because she’s just not on Meryl’s level. Her acting was flat in Lala land and her accent is so fake in the new movie. Meryl also didn’t have to take off her clothes to get an Oscar
ReplyDeleteMinority lang tlaga ko but I don’t find Emma stone that good. Whenever she plays a character I still see Emma Stone. Lacks depth ang atake. Ako lang naman to though.
DeleteAgreed! Meryl Streep is Meryl Streep. When I saw her in the movie Sophie’s Choice, bow down. Grabe yung atake and emotions niya when she had to choose which one of her two kids should die.
DeleteOppenheimer was an excellent movie, Cillian Murphy and Robert Downey Jr received well deserved awards from the Oscars. The only problem I’ve had with Christopher Nolan’s movies, I can name a ton of them, is that the whole dialogue was toned down with the whole background music blasting through the entire cinema’s speakers. I can understand why most people find the movie boring because it was too long and it felt like I’m on an airplane sailing through the turbulence.
