    1. My cousin dislocated her shoulder 3x, the first 2 times naibalik pa ng hilot. Then the third time nagbukas lang siya ng ilaw, in on lang ang switch, na dislocate na. Hindi na pwede sa hilot kaya surgery na sa ortho

  2. Madaling ibalik yes.. but after that mas madali nadin to dislocate your shoulder again and again. I dislocated my shoulder and while nothing was broken (thank God!), my shoulder doesn’t feel the same anymore :( but hopefully with continuous therapy bumalik din sa dati! Ingat po!

    1. Masaklap pa pa nagggym ka, mas mabilis na manghina yung shoulder na nadislocate.

    2. This. Saka may scar tissue na, sumasakit minsan and mas mabilis mangalay. I should know, also had an almost similar incident. Yes may abs na dn ako gaya kay idol. Lol

    3. Totoo. Once ma dislocate, mas malaki chance maulit and then paulit ulit na. Kaya once ma dislocate, kailangan na ma strengthen yung supporting muscles ng shoulder to keep it stable and avoid positions of instability. Actually in the first place kung intentionally ilalagay yung shoulder sa position of instability na may pwersa as yung kay Paolo Avelino, kailangan napalakas mo na yung stabilizing muscles. - physician specializing in neuro and musculoskeletal conditions

  7. Kaya pag nageexercise dapat alam mo yung tama way hindi pwede basta basta lang sa pagbubuhat. Watch kayo ng YT ni Kim Jung kook(Running Man). Marami syang tips para hindi magkainjury.
