Tapos any investments has risks anong business nya na continuoisly may ROI na napakalaki at di nalulugi kahit lagi lang travel at tambay. Kung ang investment naman ay properties then value goes up thru time pero walang cash flow, pag binenta dun lang kikita pero maiubos pa din kung panay ka gastos. So does she have any lucrative investment you can mention here that she wont run out of money kahit million million ang gastusin nya. Kung meron swerte diba kasi ang dami businesses dyan halos di ma sustain because of overhead expenses so either they sell the businees or close down.

Yung standard na empleyado ang capital nila ay ang sarili/oras nila and there are those who have a lot of money whose capital is their wealth itself which in turn generates more money.
