    1. Ang pag gym o exercise ginagawa yan para maging healthy hindi lang for aesthetic purposes. 🤦‍♀️ Alam rin naman ni Chito na hindi siya pogi.

Hindi naman ata para magka appeal ang purpose nya, pagdating mo kasi sa edad na mejo lumalabas na yung sakit sakit at balik ng mga pinaggagawa mo nung kabataan kakapit ka talaga minsan sa exercise...im in that stage right now and iba nga talaga yung energy and super healthy ng feeling. Mahirap lang talaga labanan yung katamaran kaya nakakatuwa yung mga uneeffort talaga. Try no din sis baka mawala kaasiman ng feelings naten. Lol

  3. wow he is 48! Nice. ok yan bumabalik sa pag exercise kasi need nmn tlga especially once you hit 38 or 40. kasi dun na lumalabas lahat ng sakit sa katwan etc at ung mga sugar at presyon tumataas

  5. Honest questions guys, anung gymn activity para lumiit ang tyan? Parang nagpapagod lang ako sa gym pero ganun parin tyan ko. Ayoko na, gusto ko nalang sana matulog. Lumaki tyan ko nung nanganak ako, ayaw na lumiit lols
