Totoo naman. I actually think thats one of the the solutions to our traffic woes. Masasala ang mga kamote drivers and at the same time since konti may lisensya, greatly reduced volume of vehicles sa road. But of course dapat din may efficient na public transport system to make up for that.
Sa pinas kung makachange lane ang mga drivers kala mo may siyam na buhay. 😞 at yung mga tumatakbo sa line. Hindi naman mahirap isipin yun ah, kahit pa walang driving school.
Alam mo na hardcore biker talaga. parang mas affected pa cya sa nasirang bike nya sa message nya (with matching emoji) kaysa sa injuries nya. Relate much haha!
