Ang divorce kasi, di na need masatisfy ang requirements for annulment. Sa annulment kasi, limited lang at usually mahirap satisfy ang requirements para ma-grant annulment.
Sa divorce, kung magkasawaan kayo, or like irreconcilable differences pwede na. It’s also quick and not that hard and expensive like annulment.
Annulment takes so much of your time, energy, and money. Minsan pag hindi pa mapatunayan na psychologically incapacitated, meaning wala sa tamang pag iisip yung isa nung nagpakasal kayo, hindi magrant annulment.
