  1. It's bc they wanted to use Pia's miles in Dubai. Not sure what the ruling is, are miles transferrable?

    2. I think you can transfer miles. Ma hohold if may kaso. Question is sino nag sampa at bakit ndi nila alam if ever or otw pa lng ang memo. Abanagan. Popcorn pls.

It's not worth the hassle kung may pera naman si Pia.

    4. Wala ba silang pera?

    5. Constitutional right yang right to travel. Hindi basta basta ang HDO. Remember un Yexel kahit guilty sa Raffy Tulfo Court eh nakasibat pa din dahil walang HDO. SO IT IS SOMETHING REALLY SERIOUS. A CASE PERHAPS HAS BEEN FILED AND THEY DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT IT. naku file a counter claim!

    6. 1:27 from what i can think, hndi sila nasampahan. I think its more of may nalabag lang talaga sila na batas kaya nahuli sila.

      Delete

      Delete
    8. I don’t think Pia can afford what Heart can do for her ex glam team. Heart spoiled them. I don’t think Pia will do that for them. (In terms of money matters, that is)

      Delete
    9. miles pwede lang sa kamag anak

      Delete
    10. hindi yan miles kaso yan kaya may hold departure order

      Delete
    11. Yes po it's transferable provided you have the consent of the member. @127 is right too, this is an immigration matter thus the hold departure order.

      Delete
    12. yes transferrable. maka NO naman si 1:41.

      Delete
    13. YES, miles are transferrable!✈️✈️

      Delete

      Delete
    15. If may hdo sa immigration yan harangin. However airline check-in naging problema nila meaning yung ticket nila may issue.

      Delete
    16. Miles are non-transferable; booking flights is restricted to the account owner or recipients of gifted miles fyi

      Delete

      Delete
    18. If you watched the video, it's not about that. It's because they have a hold departure order. Miles are not transferrable, but the owner can book flights and use his/her miles for somebody else which most frequent flyers do for their team / staff.

      Delete
    19. Sa check in daw nagka problema. If HDO yan sa IO yun. And nakapag post pa si Justin now meaning wala silang warrant

      Delete
    20. Miles are transferrable naman, the account owner can book naman for other people using his/her own miles. Makagawa ng issue tong di 1248

      Delete
    21. Di ko kaya mga comments diro. Guys, it’s a HOLD DEPARTURE ORDER. Walang kinalaman yan sa miles lol a HDO is issued by the government because of a pending case filed against them. Walang kinalaman dito amg ticket mo or miles mo. Miski inutang mo pa yung ticket mo or kaninong miles pa yan as long as issued under ur name, u will be issued a boarding pass unless may HDO, meaning a case has been filed against you.

      Delete

      Delete

    1. I think it's the miles. Hindi naman transferable yun diba

      Delete
Cheret

      Delete
    3. 241 Mukang ofw what do you mean by that?

      Delete
    4. 241 mukhang mag ofw, meaning magttrabaho don so ofw not going on tour sa dubai, while the visa they hold is tourist. So ioffload yan kahit pa sino ka if you dont follow the rules.

      Delete
    5. off load ng immigration yan malamang walang kinalaman sa miles, wala sigurong work permit, duda sa kanila

      Delete
  3. They should get a good lawyer. If they're not guilty of any crime, puede sila mag sue.

    6. powet trip agad? what if may kaso talaga sila?

    7. Hindi kasi pwede ang social climber sa dubai, either expat ka or may pera ka tlga as tourist bili ka ng ticket na pera gamit, show your hotel accommodations, itinerary mo don or proof of sponsorship, ganyan kasi strict ang immigration pa dubai kaya malamang offload yan

      Delete
    8. So ang sinasabi mo power trip ang korte? LMAO!! panay satsat ka

      Delete
    3. Wala kinalaman dyan si Heart. Wala lang ang mga yan ng affidavit of support and guarantee (AoSG) na requirement Ng PH immigration for UAE bound Filipino tourists. Kasuya yang requirement na yan. Discriminated ang Pinoy travelers Ng Sarili nya government in the name of combating human trafficking daw.

      Delete
    4. Sa airline counter pa lang if Dubai bound ka, hanapan ka Ng work visa/OEC or if tourist, tourist visa + affidavit of support and guarantee (AoSG) authenticated by Ph consulate in UAE. So if yan talaga issue nila, airline counter pa lang di na sila makakacheckin. I'm a former OFW sa Dubai, so I know

      Delete
    5. 7:54 same experience here, daming requirements sa checkin palang for dubai. Ang higpit lumipad ng dubai. For me na tourist visa lang hinanapan din ng AoSG, pati birth certificate ng cousin ko who was sponsoring me. And her relevant documentation sa Dubai. And TOURIST VISA palang yun, what more if work visa ka. You will definitely provide your OEC. Also former Ofw here. Dubai travellers are known to have one of the strictest screenings sa airport mapa check-in or immigration.

  16. Yes, transferable yan. And the airfares by miles are confirmed long before the trip. You can be flagged by immigration if you have a hold departure order. That means may legal issues behind it.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Tell me you got served (for a case) without telling me you got served. Lol kuha din kayo NBI clearance to confirm.😅

  19. Hold departure order is issued if may criminal case like estafa, which the court decided na may probable cause ang kaso.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Possible cause - may kaso

    ReplyDelete
  21. Naku mali ang chismis mo ogie, it’s not hdo kaloka laganap ang fake news. Di sila nakalamps ng immigration that’s all. To work in Paris, a tourist visa won’t get you there you need the proper business visa. And if you have the latter, sangkatutak na documentations needed mo. (Even with tourist visa no matter how frequent flyer you are) Naoffload nako once going to Netherlands for a quick business trip lang sana.

  22. Gawa gawa ng issue! It’s not HDO, going to Dubai is very very strict! Kung sinu-sino nalang iblame niyo. You are possibly bumped off or di kayo pumasa sa immigration screening.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I don’t believe in this HDO narrative. Justine just traveled recently sa Europe like this month lang. HDO takes time to implement. Malamang sa alamang, naoffload lang ito sila.immigration is very very notorious in offloading a lot of Dubai-bound travelers lalong lao na mga freelancers. If you can’t present proper papers whether as tourist or business or ofw, you have very very low chance of getting through.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I had no issues travelling kahit first time ko. Baka kc talaga sus sila

      Delete
    2. But passengers usually get offloaded sa immig check na right? Not sa check-in pa lang, or am I wrong?

      Delete
    3. Eh baka kasi ang sinabi nila ay for business purposes ang ganap nila sa Dubai which they didnt provide proper docu kaya ayan

      Delete
    4. 1:44 incorrect. Check-in palang has right to deny check-in/boarding. First gatekeepers yan sila, you need to present proper requirements to check-in like return tix, proper visa, proof of accommodation, vaccinations, etc. If not sufficient pwede kang hindi i-allow.

      Delete

      Delete
    4. 3:50 nope, if offload bakit pa sila ipapatawag sa immigration?

      Delete
As someone said here, naghahanap lang yan ng reason na HDO. Mas nakakahiya maoffload.imo lang naman.

  40. Hold Departure Order means a legal case. The reason why you are not allowed to leave the country is the possibility that you are either escaping from possible legal culpability or that you are not aware you have a case filed and the borders are closed for you so you are made aware so that you can fix it to take responsibility and fight your case.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Because it is cheap! Speaking from someone who gets miles and use them for flying, I get 1=1 every time I book a flight, one way flight to with Qatar air for example I used 1000 miles, I got these miles through 2 transatlantic flights so basically because I fly a lot I get x2 from my flights making miles freebies. It’s not cheap to get those because it entails a lot of flying happened, but to use miles for others flying, esp for staff, well.. that’s cheap indeed.

      Delete
    2. 06:49 miles are rewards for frequent flying, so why not use it? it's a cheap way to fly to save money so why not???
