I like Cat… pero comparing Ibong Adarna to a phoenix rising from ashes is a stretch. Maipilit lang. kasi di naman phoenix ang ibong adarna and the mythology of ibong adarna is not about rising from failure.

So comparing the two isn’t a stretch. Try looking at it at a different perspective. Pero kung ayaw mo pa din tanggapin, eh di don’t. Hehe

For me she's the best Miss Universe napaka flawless ng execution niya sa pagrampa at q&a. She set the bar so high kaya ganun na lang mag expect din mga tao sa mga sumunod na kandidata
Same. Lahat pinag isipan at pinagplanuhan with her own ideas and approval. Lahat ng outfit niya may konek sa pinas or sa culture ng pinoy. Thru out her reign, ang mga damit niya laging may ethnic story ng ibat ibang bansa kung nasaan siya. And her post reminded me na hindi nga siya nanggaling sa mga popular camps or training/mentor ng mga nagpapageant. Magaling lang talaga siya!
