GMA needs to hire someone like Olivia Lamasan who is a great director and knows how to spot talented young stars and turn them into Big Stars. And also hire someone like Cathy Garcia Molina na may ganyan kaliber na marunong gumawa ng maganda pelikula. And add a great marketing group.
GMA needs to hire someone who oversees potential on their young stars and they will become Stars Someday and put them into great series or TV shows.
Ang problema sa Kapuso, Hindi nila na retain ang viewers nila after a good TV show, tapos wala silang masyadong acting workshop sa young stars nila. Bagong Generation na po ngayon. People want something new. GMA keeps building the SAME actors over and over again in the next 10 years and flooded them with many shows na kulang ang potential at walang strong fans or following.
Ang problema sa GMA, wala silang mga keys persons na ganyan. They keep hiring Stars from other network to boost their ratings. And GMA residents Directors and Script Writers are focus on creating "great show", instead of building up Stars from their rooster of young stars which show potentials.
As far as I remember, si Duavit Jr ang isa sa mga producers noon ng blockbuster movies ng GMA films like Rizal and Muro Ami. So I hope they bring back those kind of quality films.

To be fair, may promise itong mga batang Sparkle, ilan sa kanila nakikita na sa mga shows at pinupuri katulad ni Aidan Veneracion si Archie ng Royal Blood galing. Kulang lang push ang GMA talaga. Pero feel ko mas ok na ang galawan nila compared before the rise of social media late 00s and 2010s.

May influence pa naman si flg dahil siya pa rin ang chairman at consultant for the board.
Mas may corporate exposure na si Duavit kesa kay Anette. Pero pwede bang ipasa na ni Duavit ang GMA Films kay Anette at baka mabuhayan na ng slight ang production na yan?
Ganito dapat maging CEO hindi yun pucho pucho CEO kuno ng mga influencers dahil may sariling business hahaha katawa talaga sila. Anyway, congrats sir Duavit and salamat sir FLG

Di nila alam na kung sarili nilang business at mag isa lang silang may ari, sole proprietorship yun or partnership kung dalawa kayo.
