  1. Wrong naman kasi yung carseat. Pang bigger kid na. Imagine from 0-12 years agad. Should be infant carseat muna, yung parang basket, then need to change after a year. In the US, may expiration ang carseat hinde pwedng gamitin from newborn til big kid

    1. They are in the US.

    2. Before you leave the hospital here in the US they Inspect what kind of car seat you have. madaming klase ng car seat for infant.gusto nyo kasi yung basket type. hindi pwede dito kung ano lang trip mong car seat.Iniinspect yan!

    3. ante, maraming car seats na ganyan. CONVERTIBLE. from newborns to toddlers, from rear facing to front facing. mahal ang car seats and mas preferred ng parents and convertible para hindi bili ng bili. maybe mali tignan bcos of the angle, but don't shame the parents for doing what they think is right and pedia/doctor approved pa. nurses in the hospital won't let you leave with the baby till they inspect the car seat and if you're buckling them right.

Pinaupo agad lol

      Delete
    7. Bat ganyan sa US?? DITO KASE SA CANADA 🤣, yung strap naka sabit sa shoulder ni newborn tapos yung buckle nasa dibdib and dapat snug. E yung sa inyo parang kayang lumusot palabas. Tsk tsk.

      Delete
    8. Naka 3 point harness lang si Baby. Pang toddler. Dapat infant 5 point harness system- meron din support yung dibdib

      Delete

    10. If you can see, may infant insert ung car seat nila. Ganyan tlfa mga convertinle carseats, the babies grow with it. Nasa tamang paggamit lang.

    11. 11:21 I am in Australia and yung dalawang babies ko, yung car seats nila from 0-8.. grumaduate na silang pareho sa carseats na yun.

  2. Pang 8 mos and up ang car seat.

    2. I personally don’t think ung carseat ung problema. Nasa paggamit yan. As a mommy din, Sana we see to it na nasusunod ung guideline both ng law, medical professional at ng manufacturer din. What i want to point out is, let’s not stop at just buying the best for our baby, let’s make sure that we are using them properly.

    3. yan din ang advise samin ng pedia even for strollers, dapat hindi naka incline. yung carrier or basket type sana. or put neck support or pillow

      Delete
    4. Yeah. I think namatay ang bata. Delikado.

      Delete
  5. Tama naman yung car seat. Super luwag lang ng pagkaka strap kaya it looks off. Dapat snug yon kasi

    1. The car seat position is correct but the car seat itself is not suitable for new born baby. I think that was the point of the commenter.

  6. Not an expert but that car seat mukhang di fit kay baby yung head and neck lang e parang walang support

    ReplyDelete

    1. Same here. And I had babies here in Canada, where the hospital does inspect the car seat you're planning to bring the baby in. Usually, yung approved yung basket type for newborns.

      Delete
    2. The carseat is ok. The strap is not. Most people dont read manuals. But the the straps actually have to be adjusted so thats its sits on shoulder level or lower.

      Delete
  7. Super laki kasi ng car seat for baby. Just because it’s made for newborns- 12 yr olds it doesn’t mean ayos sa anak mo. Yung ulo ng baby kasi way off don sa headrest tapos yung harness ang baba na. Add the fact na hindi snug pagkaka strap. Kita mo ulo ng baby walang support.

    1. baka naman kasi forda picture yung unang pic ng baby. look at the difference nung first and 2nd pic, naka-adjust/recline na yung car seat.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Bahala kayo jan… pero for me, di yan yung pang newborn…

    ReplyDelete
  10. look at how high the headrest is, naaadjust kasi yan so dapat binaba nila. i see na nka lagay naman ung infant insert, need lng tlga iadjust. and kung may mag cocomment dto na nag mamarunong ako, yes dahil i did months of research before my baby was born. i ended up with the nuna pipa rx, tbh mejo hnd maganda safety reviews ng kinuha nilang carseat. just my opinion.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Naku teh, sponsored kasi yung car seat. Deadma na sa reviews. LOL

      Delete
    2. Mukhang tama naman ang car seat. May insert yan sa likod for supporting infants and as the baby grows, the insert is removed. Ang mali dito ay yung pag-strap. Dapat snug at nasa dibdib ang isang point to keep head from moving forward. I used the same car seat.

      Delete
  11. Maka comment e nung bata nga kayo walng car seat.

      Delete
  12. Meron siguro syang dapat i-adjust. Baby doesn’t look snug. Doesn’t look safe. Ang luwang.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Prang mas ok sa 1 yr old and up ung car seat nila.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Yan ang car seat ng baby since newborn and now he is 4 years old. Same brand and same design.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete

    1. Korek! Dito rin me sa US pero maling mali yung pagkaka strap sa bata. Just because ok sa hospital na pauwiin kayo. Just because sinabing ok ayos na ganyan baby mo? Napakaluwag ng strap at yung neck walang support.

      Delete
Haha .

    4. Nasa Pilipinas ba sila ngayon? It looks like nasa USA sya - so she follows the rules that was inspected and approved by the baby’s doctor - you mean to say mas alam mo policy nila while being sa pinas at not being a doctor?

      Delete
  16. Actually di yan ang pang new born, ang ginagamit sa new born is nakahiga talaga walang strap sa chest. After ilang months saka sya mag transition sa ganyan car seat.

    ReplyDelete

    1. The basket one is for newborn

      Delete

  18. a car seat is based not only on the child's age but also the child's weight and height. I have twin kids and there was a time when one child is already using a booster seat while the other was still using a regular car seat. This car seat may be the kind the grows with the child but truth is this is very inconvenient for parents, mas OK pa rin yung basket type infant car seat, super convenient siya to use since if your child is sleeping, di siya magigising when you take the child of the car seat. But then, Hindi naman ako ang magulang so let them decide because at the end of the day they are the one responsible for their own child. By the way if you live in the US, you can go to the police station or even the fire department to check and even teach you how to properly set up a car seat, just an FYI.

    ReplyDelete
  19. I don't get why they need to the buy the 0-12, when they can afford to change it even yearly if they want. Doctors and nurses in the US probably gave it a green light just because...iykwim. They should also open their minds with people's concerns because it would/could help them.

    2. They did not purchase it.

      Delete
    3. Yes its expensive but mas expensive kung maaksidente with the kid not to mention the possible catastrophic injuries. And oo iba seats for infants and older children. I've seen naman some na pwede pang infant tapos na coconvert to toddler seat, nilalagyan lang ng extra padding na booster para snug si baby, na aadjust to recline tas pwedeng both front and back facing. That being said, kami iba yung infant seat and iba yung toddler seat kasi ayaw na ni baby dun sa infant seat nya tas laging gusto umalis ng seat kahit pwede pa sa kanya.

  22. There's a difference between a baby's carseat and a child's carseat. That's a child one. Kulang sa support around the whole body. Kitang kita naman.

  23. Whatever kung appropriate man sa age or not yung car seat, ang concern ko is sobrang obvious on the first pic na inanggulo nila ng ganun yung baby na nakaupo para mapicture-an lang nila. Jusko! Tsk tsk

    ReplyDelete
  24. Bilang nanay na gumagamit ng car seat for my daughter, mas safe ang bata kaysa kandung-kandong mo kung sakaling may aksidente.

      Delete
    2. Car seat is only safe if it is installed properly, the right size for the child and the child is strapped in properly. I follow an ig account ng isang mortician sa US na child safety advocate and eto yung mga pauli-ulit nyang sinasabi. Dahil sa nature ng work nya marami na syang nakitang accident na na deads yung bata kasi mali yung pag install ng seat or paglagay ng bata.

      Delete
  25. I am in the US. I gave birth in the US and discharged from a hospital. I want to clarify. Doctors and nurses are not authorized to inspect car seats. DMV has authorized resources to teach parents how to properly install car seats and tells you what car seats should be used depending on the age, weight and height of the baby/child. Also, doctors and nurses will not wheel you out of the hospital, that’s a helper. The car seat used here in incorrect. For a newborn, it has to be the basket carrier type to fully support the head. It is tilted a d the straps are like a jumpers. The straps in the picture are high risks and can snap the baby’s neck. A newborn does not have neck support, therefore should not sit at that angle. If they were stopped by police for one reason or another, they would have charged with child endangerment.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Even the 2nd pic eh something wrong pa rin, walang support sa gilid ng ulo ng baby. Kpag na accident at nagpagulong gulong ang sasakyan jusko day. I know nakakainis kpag may namumuna sa parenting skills nio pero you need to open up your minds kasi para sa baby nman.

Kasi they even check kung tama yung straps otherwise pwede mademanda yung hospital kapag may nangyari.
