My sister and I were close as kids, then in our later teen years we got distanced as our interests and group of friends were different although we still were there for each other. When I became an OFW all the more we lost touch. But through the intervention of God, my sister and I are now closer than ever. She's my bestfriend and we talk everyday even if I am abroad and she is in the Philippines. I realized how special our bond is when we almost lost each other; she is a very special human being and I love her to bits. We are each other's strength. I am so proud of her.
Perhaps M& S will reconnect again, stronger than ever. Afterall, they will always be sisters.
So sad how the sisters used to be so close and don't seem to even be civil these days.
