Kasi ako when I take pics I take lots just to find the best one. Photoshoots nga takes what, hunderds, if not thousands of pictures just to find the nearest perfect pic?

It's not all about having a sex appeal or not. What is important is reaching your body goal and be confident enough to flaunt it. Sa panahon ngayon mas madaling magpataba kaysa magpapayat, kaya saludo ako sa mga handang idisiplina ang sarili just to attain it.

She's so fit 💪 kahit nakaupo/luhod toned ang abs at walang belly fat. Wondering gaano kataas yung rock formation mahirap din yan akyatin pag hindi ka fit. Stop the body shaming/hate guys. Try to workout for a day instead, you'll understand how hard it is to achieve/maintain a fit bod.
