  1. So since official resident na si Bea, sa Spain if si Dominic, di ba magiging resident din? kung may petisyon chena pa or may other qualifications pa?

    1. Pag kasal na siguro automatic. Just in time kasi makakapagtravel sila anywhere in Europe habang kami sa North America kailangan na mag apply ng visa para makapag travel sa Europe pero good for 5 years naman ata.

    2. Di pa residence meaning official na may bahay kahit mag pa balik sya pero di pa sya nag sworn in as spain national. So to answer di kahit kasal sila ni dom i declare ni bea un residence nya sa spain is conjugal then pwede

Dominic and her fam need to apply for themselves. Wala sila sa pinas na pede makisabay.

    5. 12:22 same rin naman sa kanila, they also require visa if travelling sa NA. Bumabawi lang ang Euro hahaha

    6. PR is different from being a citizen yun ata need magsworn, not sure..

    7. Probably if kasal pwede ipasok with a fee plus submission of other documents and biometrics. I entered a golden visa program of another EU country when I was unmarried then when I got married I had my husband join me and now our kid. As for the entry sa EU, we each have a permanent resident card which allows us entry sa EU area.

    11. 12:22 its just an Authorisation to entry. Visa is different.

    3. I think it’s like a special visa since she bought a property there.

    4. Google Golden Visa for Spain. Property investment of qualifying value entitles you to apply.

    5. Wala na ata e. As long as nakabili ka ng x amount of property plus
open a bank account , residente ka na.

      Delete
    6. Wala unless applying for citizenship

      Delete
    7. I think just a certain number of days a year lang, pay taxes and the initial investment.

      Delete
    8. She applied as a resident not as a citizen. Golden visa residents have the privilege of being a resident without having to live in Spain.

    2. Iba ang citizenship sa residency ante

      Delete
    3. You mean dual citizenship?

      Delete
    4. Resident pa lang po. Hindi citizen.

    5. Filipinos can become citizen of Spain after 2 years of residency.

    1. Then how does it become residency?

    2. Ano yun nakatiwangwang lang walang nakatira for many months?

      Delete
    3. 6:41 residency dahil nakabili siya ng property.

      Delete

      Delete
    5. yung iba ngang artista may property sa ibang bansa kahit di sila nakatira don

      Delete
    2. 8:27 Depende kung titira siya doon ng matagal or may work/business may tax. Pero just like yung mga pinoy na dual citizen na sa abroad na nakatira wala na sila binabayaran tax dito sa pinas. Depende din sa law sa ibang bansa

    3. So long as afford nya y not db?

    5. 8:27 nag golden visa kami ng family as safety net just in case bumagsak ekonomiya ng Pilipinas. If you'd ask me, worth it sya.

Same with Italy, When I was in Venice, a Filipina woking in the hotel told me that any person who buys a house in Italy can apply for permanent residency.

  17. I live in Austria after residency sunod agad ang citizenship so its very possible na mag dual citizenship din si Bea ?think that was meant by the previous poster kaloka kinuyog agad ng marurunong.

Achievable naman, kahit di ka artista at may relatives abroad, I can migrate anywhere or have permanent residency. Be wise lang talaga sa pera.

  20. Resident sya not citizen so di automatic si Dom. It’s an advantage for Bea she effortlessly travel to any counties under Schengen
