Nothing serious, I have treated a lot of this condition, you can have hip replacement. Physical Therapy is the key for strengthening, stabilization and pain management. It’s very common, so don’t worry Angge, we have great orthopedic surgeons! You got this!
Hip replacement tapos nothing serious? Kahit partial joint replacement lang yan in the long run it can cause early onset arthritis, uneven motion or leg length discrepancy just to name a few. Or worse degradation of joint surface requiring total joint replacement. Kaya it's not nothing, it really is serious. But good thing they caught it early on.

To be fair hip replacement is not considered serious anymore cause everybody would have to get it eventually. They even make you start therapy kahit dumudugo pa. However angge is pretty young.
I remember, may heart condition pa sya.. i pray na sana malagpasan nya ang lahat ng health conditions nya. She seems simple and gusto lang sumaya, kitang kitang content na sya sa buhay nya ngayon and im happy for her.

Totoo talaga yung sinabi ng health junkies na once you enter your 30s, never stop exercising may results man o wala. It's mainly for your health, not for aesthetic. Get well soon, Angge!
As a new mom I can relate to her. I was diagnosed too with a condition called Bells Palsy, paralysis of the face. I was healthy pre pregnancy and out of nowhere a month before delivery, boom I felt like I was hit by a truck. I only recovered 60% of my facial movements and it was hard to recover because I also have to take care of my newborn and work full time. So hang in there Angge, always think positive for faster healing.

ReplyDeleteAvascular necrosis is a disease that results from the temporary or permanent loss of blood supply to the bone.
ReplyDeleteWhen blood supply is cut off, the bone tissue dies and the bone collapses.
If avascular necrosis happens near a joint, the joint surface may collapse.
