that’s correct. the law is the law regardless of celebrity status. only one law applies to this union(or non-union) if they are not legally married in the Philippines then they are equally NOT the official Mrs. Magalona & all the children have equal rights to the division of assets & properties. but DNA is needed to prove paternity & to claim whatever Francis has left behind upon death. but it seems the mom of Franchesca is not interested in that. it seems she just wants to live out of the shadows.
Feeling ko walang planong ilabas sila ni Francis. Kung may sakit kang terminal, aayusin mo yung mga bagay bagay para sa mga maiiwan mo. I do not see any wrong coming out to shout to the whole world her desire to free herself for such a long time of being silent in the past. She just want to unload herself of her uncertainties not for anything else.
And the impact? The child will be forever known as that, may stigma. Destroyed FM's rep, hurt the kids. They were hurt pnce, and now are hurting again. A mother does not think like that.
