Let’s just give it to her… we all know that a woman’s body is designed to gain fat to nourish the baby, but as a woman let’s admit it, we all have our insecurities… and some really do their best to get back in shape.
It’s actually not flat as a board. The pants just give the illusion that it is. If you zoom in, bakat ang puson. It happens after giving birth. Actually di nga yan nadadaan sa exercise cos that’s mostly skin. But with cosmetic procedures kaya matanggal.
I believed na kapag healthy ka before pregnancy and nag eexercise madalas. Mabilis maka recover ung katawan right after manganak. I noticed this to Solen and Anne. Same thing with her, maalaga siya sa katawan. It really pays off being healthy.
Goal ko toh. Kaya talagang pinipilit ko mag work out para kung mabuntis man ako, hindi sana masyado ang effect sa katawan ko. Iisa lang katawan natin, we really have to take good care of it.
Girl ako nanganak pero hindi naman ganyan mindset ko. Payat ako pero may bilbil pero di naman ako naiinggit sa may abs. Enjoy kasi ako kumain so I couldn’t be bothered.
Hindi problema kung gusto ni Kris na panatilihin ang kanyang physique. Sapat na fit siya mula sa simula pa. Mahalaga rin na mag-workout ang mga mommies para maiwasan ang pagkakaroon ng inggit o pait.
I’m currently preggy and somehow this kind of post gives me inspiration and motivation to take care of myself during the postpartum recovery. Kasi the usual message is hindi kaya or focus solely on the baby. Taking care of one’s self is not selfish. Para sa akin lang naman.
To all the women out there who gave birth, focus on taking care and enjoying your babies. Take care of yourself too by eating healthy and and don’t subject yourself to the standards that these celebrities are posting. Bakit ba kasi atat na atat ang mga celebrities to post their “postpartum” bodies?
This is truly inspiring to see Moms making their effort to back in shape. Not easy but they never lose hope, determination, and strict discipline to stay fit.
