    4. Considering that we are a 3rd world country, with natural genetics na mas maliliit compared to other countries, we are doing great already. That’s a big achievement considering our disadvantaged positions.

Tinrabaho nila yan - blood, sweat and tears. Para kang itong isang officemate ko when I asked the team to please pray and support GIlas. Ang sagot "tbh, I am not that patriotic to support them".

  15. I want you all to pause and think about this for a second...

Filipinos have been ridiculed for the longest time for loving and playing basketball and having NBA dreams despite our height disadvantage and inability to win BUT THE VERY MOMENT THEY REPLACE THE COACH, PHILIPPINES BECOMES ASIAN CHAMPION JUST LIKE THAT.
    THAT IS TRULY MINDBLOWING!
    Just think about it!

  16. Kindly look at our national team... Most of them are short in basketball standards right? Proof that it wasn't the Filipinos' height that's the problem... IT WAS THE COACH AND THE LOUSY SYSTEM.

  17. CONGRATULATIONS PHILIPPINES!

Pinoy height wasn't the problem. Real talk!
