Pinagbintangan sya ng PATAFA president for embezzlement of funds, eh sobrang kulang pa nga ng binibigay nila na budget for his training expenses and he has to do his own accounting at the end of the day, which is hindi naman dapat ginagawa ng isang national athlete.
Of course he'd win, world no. 2 kaya yan. Si Duplantis lang makakatalo sa kanya. I love his determination. Nung kasagsagan ng issue nya people kept urging him to play for another country that would fully support him financially. Bonus din that he is well spoken and smart.
Congrats. Just goes to show walanghiya talaga mga leaders natin. Instead of building up our people, they tear us down and literally against all odds, Filipinos still succeed.. Kaya gumagaling mga Filipinos kasi they grow up in hostile environments. Yun lang not everyone can thrive in hostile environments and it is an abusive system, clearly. Kaya di ako magtaka lumilipat magagaling like the chess player nagmaster after moving to USA. Phils, sinisiraan sariling tao. Pano uunlad? Hanggang dito nalang tayo. Go EJ! Go Go Go! kaya Filipinos pagdating sa ibang bansa, sobrang achievers. Nawala yung mga chains and weights tying them down, so they fly high.
Sana naman mag step-up ang POC at PSC for his Olympic training. Some members of his training team haven't been paid for a year and he had to withdraw from a competition in Kazakhstan due to financial constraints. For world class athletes, it is important that they compete frequently para maka earn ng ranking points.
Kaya nung nagkaissue c Ej, I really encourage him in fp na magchange citizen na sya. I salute him kasi hindi bya ginawa. Pinas is a very hopeless case.
We have world champions in tennis, gymnastics, athletics, weightlifting, boxing to name a few.
World #2. At this point unbreakable record ni Duplantis but we are hopeful. He kept breaking his own record
After the controversy, EJ Obiena proved them wrong, Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteAnong controversy meron?

ReplyDeleteSobrang galing ni Air Duplantis. Huhu. Effortless lumipad. Pero determined naman to si EJ. Being World #2 is already a huge achievement.
