    1. Why not? After all, she's representing the Philippines with the flag pa nga. Kung makuha mas maganda

      Delete

      Delete
    3. Nope cause she’s indeed born and raised pinoy

      Delete

      Delete
  3. WE SHOULD BE! Because look at the other countries na may candidate din. Super hype sila at support like BRazil, Argentina, India, USA etc. KUNG HINDI MAGING PROUD PINOY PARA KAY SOPHIA BAKA MANGULELAT ANG PILIPINAS KASI MAY FAN VOTING TUWING ELIMINATION ROUND DYAN. First time na kumuha ng pinoy talent ang big4 sa kpop so bakit hindi suportahan?

Filipinos should know when to use their proud pinoy power and this is one of it because Sofia is actually talented and for once hindi sya halfie at dito sya lumaki.

    2. Hahahaha 12:30. This doesnt help sa ating ekonomiya and especially sa akin or sa majority, so why bother. Grabe ang pagiging fantard mo to the point of you having a wrong sense of nationalism. Kaloka.

      Delete
    3. 10:43 every little thing can affect the economy. Even buying a piece of candy that is locally made instead of imported ones helps with the economy. The important thing is pinoys choose to support locals and homegrown and hopefully these kinds of accomplishments can open our eyes to support our own not just talents but products. If we achieve that, then we can finally achieve a better economy

      Delete
    4. 10.43 sinagot lang niya yung comment sa taas. o baka ikaw din yun? eh baka nga pag nakapasok siya makiki-proud to be Pinoy ka dyan?

      Delete
So i dont understand your sentiment.

      Delete
    6. 2:45 if you want a better economy, then ask the politicians to do their job. Better, if you vote/hire a competent and not crocs person/people. 🤦‍♀️🥴🤷‍♀️

    7. 11.08 for all its worth, wag ka namang bitter sa bata. at tsaka mali naman yung sinasabi mo na puro paglalabas lang ng pera gagawin ng Pinas dyan. bakit, gobyerno ba sumagot ng expenses niya? nag-audition sya. baka nga nag-explore pa si HYBE dito without the public knowing and she may have been referred since exploratory naman ang auditions. at kung sa ikaka-proud maging Pinoy, bakit naman hindi? malamang petty lang yan para sayo but not for others. we may never know, baka pagkatapos nya, mas marami ng talent na ma-discover sa atin at dun na papasok yung sinasabi na pde siya makatulong sa economy just like what happened in Korean nung sumikat ang BTS

  4. What is this? Never heard.

    1. Survival show ito. Yung company ng BTS ang mg llaunch. Global group na to be trained under the Kpop system and from diff countries yung mga contestants.

      Delete
    2. Obviously not any of us know about it coz it's new 🙄

      Delete
    3. Same. Never heard

      Delete
    4. 1:34 what’s with the attitude? It’s obviously not obvious hence the question from 12:34. High blood agad agad. You are creating your own toxicity

      Delete

And no, don't tell me they are using filipinos for clout kasi ngayon pa lang, hindi gaanong malakas ang support ng Pinoy sa kanya sa socmed. mas matunog pa yung ibang kasama like Samara and Manon na laging bukambibig sa comment sections ng YouTube and IG

    1. I disagree. You go to Tiktok and check out the comments.
Even foreigner fans include her sa top favorites/debut team.
      Also, check Twitter din.

Not hating sa YT and IG kpop fans, but when it comes to active fangirling, you can rely best sa Twitter and TikTok. They are the real denominator and active voters.

      Delete

      Delete
    3. 12:43 the rest of the world isn’t as shallow as you. They actually look at talent and overall instead of just one shallow factor.

      Delete
    4. 11.09 why the need to attack? kaya nga sabi ko YouTube and IG di ba? also, kahit naman marami ng may TikTok hindi naman ibig sabihin nun eh lahat na ng tao tlga eh merun. I rarely open that app. you can contest without attacking kahit anon ka pa!

      Delete
    5. 12:43 ang una talagang mag ddown sayo eh kapwa pilipino e no? Pero pag Manalo, waley? Switch to faney na faney kalerks hahaah

      Delete
    6. 4.38 pakiintindi yung comment. i am not putting anyone down here. sino ba naman may ayaw na mag-succeed yung bata? kung makasama, it’s good. kung hindi, sure naman na may opportunities pa rin sa kanya. she’s still young.

      Delete
  6. She's actually sikat sa X (former Twitter) and TikTok. Kpop fans are talking about her.

I've been a watcher of Korean survival shows and magpakatotoo na tayo dito, yung votings medyo di echos na yan. May bearing pero di lahat nasusunod. Company or the producers pa rin ang may final say.

If you want to know who is gonna make it sa group, check sino yung maraming exposure during the show. Yan yung debut members. Mind conditioning kumbaga.

Even yung pag carry ng PH flag, nasa unahan linya sya. May set of photos pa na bagong released and take note, mga group photos yun. She was included several times. At eto pa, c Sophia may solo shot! Di lahat may ganun.

So maybe she has the chance to debut??

      Delete
    2. i think for pinoy clout yan

      Delete
    3. lahat naman sa solo shot. kung sa chance na mag-debut siya 50/50 ako dyan. pero ok lang siguro kasi she can always go back sa Pinas para magkaroon ng career since hindi naman siya halfie at Pinas tlga siya naka-base. tingan natin sana mag-stand out ang singing niya kasi sa kpop, kahit maraming sayaw pansin ko main singer pa rin tlga ang madalas sikat.

      Delete
    4. Yep company parin ang may final say. However nakakatakot na bash amd cancelation ang mangyayari sa inyo if you disregard the fan votes. If i remember correctly, may nadisband na boy group dhil sa lumabas na rigor mortis lang pala ang buong show. So ayun, most or some of the winner ay nawalan ng careers. Others ay not so great ang career nila. Not sure, i just heard it from others

      Delete

      Delete
    6. 5.37 serious question, how can that be for Pinoy clout kung international ang target market ni HYBE? also, siya lang ang Pinay at more than one pa nga yung galing US. also, hindi mo pa ata naririnig kumanta si Sophia. she’s not your typical Pinoy singer.

      Delete
  7. Hindi sya halfie at she can speak Filipino well. She's talented din. Vocals yung strength which is very tatak Pinoy.

Yung mga Pinoy sa Korea alam naman nating dinidiscriminate so about time cguro to show to these Koreans na Filipinos are better singers.

    1. K*reans don't care about good singing lol. That's why majority of kpop acts can't sing. They care more about looks.

      Delete
    2. never mind Koreans. global group ito at naka.focus ito sa international fandom baka nga US pa in particular. knowing HYBE, hindi yan mag-concentrate sa Korea lang. kung BTS nga, nag.start na underdog sa Korea.

      Delete
    3. 5:08 gurl, they care.

  9. She’s the daughter of stage and film actress Carla Guevarra. On TV, Carla may be familiar to those who watched Jodi and Richard’s “Be Careful With My Heart” where she played Ms. Pacheco, one of Maya’s instructors at the flight attendant training school.

  10. Just wait kapag umangat yan biglang #pinoypride pinoy bashers niyan. As expected sa noypi mentality. Saka lang support kapag sikat. Kakasukang kultura. Kaya globally walang rumerespeto sa pinoys.

  11. Her looks would resonate well with the Korean producers and market, too. Good luck!

  13. On september 6 na ang first performance nila and we can vote for her on Tiktok and Weverse app. Abang-abang lang guys, we should support her so she can become the first Filipina in Hybe agency na sister company ng Bighit where BTS and Enhypen is from.

  14. Andito na Yung rep or promoter nung artist haha..more info pa po. Lol

    ReplyDelete

    1. I'm not a promoter, I don't even know them personally. You're too bitter, I can feel that you want Filipinos to support another pinay in kpop instead. Hindi ba pwedeng pareho silang suportahan? Ang problema dun sa isa, something very strange/weird is going on coz she's always MIA and it's even more suspicious because timing lagi na wala sya kung may big event or opportunity sa kanyang group.

      Delete
