    1. In the Philippines, yes. US, electronic signature na, more convenient

    2. Not true. I'm a lawyer in Canada and we use e-sinatures (Acrobat or docusign) to sign court documents.

    4. In digital world na tayo mamsh, wet signature is so archaic

      Delete
    5. Legal docs talaga archaic pa rin, te. Kahit nga bank need pa rin wet signature. Nasaan ka ba?

  2. I get her. Nakakaloka magpadala ng document sa pinas ang daming rules and they question the authenticity w/o further explanation. On the positive side, di basta basta na fo forge ang signature mo but you wonder what the process is and how they authenticate.

    1. Long process: notarize, LGU seal then consularize

    2. Couriers often refuse to insure packages going to the Philippines and minsan pa nga outright sinasabi na they can’t guarantee delivery/receipt kasi laging nawawala. Totoo naman po yun. Daming kawatan kasi

    3. Ribbonated lahat ng ipapadala mong legal docs

    4. Draft the documents, sign it and then have it authenticate by the PH embassy with matching photocopy of ID with 3 original signatures. Ma process and magastos siya so you have to be sure that the documents are drafted correct. Pag ganitong sa trial court ang alam ko need mong mag provide ng 7 copies, 6 for submission one for receiving. Na expose ako sa ganitong job before.

    5. Ribbonated pala yung tawag dun… kala ko red-ribboned. I’ve always used ‘red-ribboned’ before lol

    3. 12:09, pareho silang drama.

      Delete
    5. 1:28 natumbok mo

    6. 1:28 I don't know if pareho lang. That kind of behavior is way more than drama.

      Delete

      Delete
    8. I don't wish this to anyone, not even to my enemies. What she's gone and going through is a nightmare. Hindi lang drama to, or at least yan lang ginagawa nya. Some even will probably have mental breakdowns. I just hope she will have same outcome as Jackie Forster. Hopefully she doesnt have to wait that long :(

    1. Sa dami ng pinoy na naglipana sa buong mundo, trust me, there is always some remittance area and shipping company to cater to them. Unless nasa tipong Iran o Afghanistan. Based on fashyown, wala naman siguro siya doon, hahaha!

Hindi nga lang siya next day delivery like Fedex or DHL. Baka yun ang kailangan ni accla.

      Delete
    3. 1:36am she said it’s bogus accusations so why is she scared of getting arrested?! Dont use the “ex is influential” excuse. It only means the accusation has supported documents.

      Delete
    4. Would you go home knowing you’ll get arrested?

Wag na natin ikumpara sa 1st world sa 3rd world countries nlang like Asian neighboring countries. As in, baka mawalan ka rin ng gana na maawa na magagalit sa bansa natin.

    12. Where is the lie though? More than the drama she's in, isipin mo din how to improve the system.
