  1. Agree. I remember nasabihan syang maitim kilikili dati. Same with Ina Raymundo, nabash dahil dun eh ang ganda ganda at sexy.

    6. Affected ka hindi mo lang alam. Our brain has the ability to compartmentalize trauma when we feel defenseless. You might not acknowledge it, but it could be an underlying reason for some of your behaviors.

  3. Agree and disagree! Disagree because beauty is subjective and you cant force someone to change their standard. Especially if you're in the entertainment industry. Agree dahil if you don't have anything nice to say towards someone's body then keep quiet nlang.

  4. I find it amusing na these people who want's to change the definition of beauty does it when they ages but never in their teens and twenties :D :D :D You know why??

    3. She was talking about body dysmorphia, not age. She's still young btw. Also, teens and twenties are more impressionable and often less confident about themselves, hence the inability to question and defy social norms.

    2. sa observation ko it’s either naiinsekyora sila sa magaganda or sexy or magaling pumorma, and the only thing they can do about it is to tear down the other person’s character kasi hindi nila kayang pantayan. Sabi nga, kung di mo mahigitan, eh di siraan…

    3. 10:04 totoo yan.

  10. Fan mo ako. Pero let's be honest.

  12. It’s ironic that she wants to change the beauty standards when she’s had a ton done to her face and body.

    1. Huh?

    2. Lol, one of the few na natural beauty yan. I watched her grow up and she was already a beauty back then kahit nung pinag martial arts sila ni Robin. She's a carbon copy of her Chinese mestiza mom.

  13. When you have what everybody wants to have then you come to an age when you finally understand that it was after all just about a billion dollar industry:)

  15. It all sounds morally righteous to be touting things like that about beauty standards, things needing change blah blah. But cmon, you’re in the entertainment industry, an industry that thrives on appearances and attention. That’s the business that you’re in. In fact, if you look at the top 10 artists in Spotify right now, sila lahat hindi lang magaling sa music kundi may itsura din sila. It’s not a coincidence that someone who looks like Taylor, Ariana, Bieber or Shawn Mendez have more fans than the others. Importante ang looks sa industriya mo. Tignan mo kung paano sumikat ang Kpop, they understood the importance of good appearances performing on stage and these kpop kids are filling up arenas globally. Notwithstanding they are talented too but essentially people gravitate towards good looks! It’s the reality of your industry. Nobody wants to see unattractive people on the screen unless you really have something else good to offer.
