Not all scoliosis patients need surgery. Commonly yung mga nakukuba or sobrang lala ng angle ang candidates for surgery. Yung kay Cat seems manageable naman.
Di naman lahat surgical candidate. And kung may surgery less mobile na yung spine meaning di na ganun ka flexible kasi may bakal na sa likod. Yaan mo na she seems to manage it well and yun nga, hindi sugery solution sa lahat ng may scoliosis.
Surgery is only done on curves 60 degrees and above. My son has 90 degree curve and he’ll have surgery. Spinal fusion ang tawag. Shoulder blades are really prominent on one side of the shoulder for extreme curve - 60 degrees and above. Also mataas din bewang.
She achieved miss u, miss world and now getting married… i don’t personally see a reason she would want to change it unless siguro kung painful and naghihinder ng movements nya. I’m proud of her for achieving a lot despite having that. That means she’s really amazing
