    1. The complainant never appeared, so wala kaso and there’s no Hold Departure Order on him bakit siya na question sa pag alis. But he is still in prison bcoz of a libel case “filed” against him, hindi siya convicted sa libel dahil naka file pa lang pero nasa kulungan?
There’s more to this story than what is being said.

    1. Kasi hindi sapat ang ebidensya?

    2. Imagine spending the few remaining years of your life in jail!

    3. Did you even read the order of the court? Private complainants failed to appear on more than one occasion which is required to prove the guilt of the accused beyond reasonable doubt. Basa-basa din kasi 🙄

    4. Baka kc di naman totoo

    5. Koneksyons. Dapat umapela yung nagreklamo.

    6. Failed to appear kasi complainants. Hihina talaga kaso pag ganun.

Diba? Nagfile ka lang ng case basta? So its either nabayaran or worst tinakot ang complainant.

    8. Hindi nag-appear ang complainant kaya case dismissed.

    1. I don't think so. Yun accuser never appeared in any of the hearings. May libel case pa siya.

    2. Libel is bailable, isn't it?

  5. Initial presentation of prosecution evidence? Set it for another hearing at least at kung talagang wala nang mag appear saka i dismiss.

And I quote, “Private complainants failed to appear. It is NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THEY FAILED TO APPEAR”.

Ang hirap i explain haha. Any FP lawyers here?

    1. The complainant never appeared in the hearings ( madaming beses hindi lang isa) so na dismiss kce walang kaso.

      Delete

  9. The result perhaps of his efforts in character assasinations? Nagbunga ba? He looks haggard and unhealthy. It does not bode well for him.

  13. Ang bilis usad ng kaso nya. Si Leila de Lima up to now may isa pa rin kasong nakabinbin.

    1. Binasa mo ba the complainants never appeared in court in several occasions

    2. Bakit kaya biglang tumahimik ang complainants?

      Delete
    3. 12:26 pano mo nalamang planted?

  14. Baka pinatahimik yung mga nagkaso? Idk.

  15. Wow, ang bilis ah! Yung kay De Lima, more than 6 years na yung kaso hanggang ngayon nakakulong pa rin. Justice in the Philippines depends on who is in power.
