  16. Very iconic yung "excuse me po" at pag-deliver ni Sir Mike ng news. There will never be another Mike Enriquez kahit maraming impersonator at parody sa kanya. This is really a very sad news 😢😢😢

    ReplyDelete
  17. Iconic yung pag ubo ubo nya kahit millenials kilala sya pero mas lutang yung credibilidad nya as journalist.

    1. Ang alam ko, nag-kidney transplant siya, last year. I thought tuloy-tuloy na ang paggaling at paglakas niya. And this.....so sad.....no more pain in Heaven, Sir Mike.

    2. He was diabetic. Unmanaged diabetic slowly kills 29 of our organs if u dont keep ur sugars in check. Unang bibigay ẳng kidneys pero other organs like nerves, eyes, etc lahat yan sinisira ng high sugar. In the end the heart is terribly affected that’s why diabetics usually die from heart attack!!

  47. He's been sick for a long time. I can say na napakabait na tao. He's our neighbor and one time na rear end ng tatay ko car nya dito sa loob ng village because my dad fell asleep on the wheel dahil sa pagod from work. Di naman malaki damage but still, baka pag ibang tao galit na galit but kay Sir Mike he just let it pass. Rest in peace sir.

He will be sorely missed on television and in the airwaves.

As in nasa harap siya first row. Little I I know pumasok pala siya sa seminary mag papari Sana siya Pero eventually lumabas siya and naging broadcaster. His a prayerful man Hinde nga lang siya Pinalad na magkaroon ng anak but he accepted it wholeheartedly and didn’t blame god. Haaay. What a sad day! Fly high sir mike Enriquez!

  51. For more than 30 years, nakakabilib itong si Mike Enriquez. Hindi siya naging sell out gaya ng ibang mga newscasters or journalists na nagresort to cheap gimmicks to stay relevant. Andami diyan na maraming kalokohan at naging clout chaser na pero si Mike stayed true to his core na may credibility at dignidad. Sobrang respetado siya talaga.

  54. Grabe boses nito sa umaga ung naririnig namin nung estudyante kami every morning. Tas sa gabi nood naman ng 24 oras. Nung grumaduate na nakikinig din sa show nila ni crossover ng show nila ni Igan sa radyo... Rest in peace Mike Enriquez. Naalala ko pa grabe hanga ko sa kanya kasi patinung last election coverage inadjust nya ung sched ng operation nya just to make sure he can cover. RIP po

  55. Nakakalungkot hindi man kami magkaano-ano. Like an uncle died, there was a time we are tuned in to DZBB on our way to work bec of him. Nakakatawa pa nga paano siya nag-eendorse dun. Never the same without him.

Life is short

  56. It’s such a very sad news. I got used to watching DZBB with Sir Mike Enriquez in the morning and 24 Oras at night. Grabe, yung familiarity ng boses, inassociate mo na as part of your family. Parang tito mo na siya. When I first saw the post on FB, Google ako agad. But wala naman so akala ko fake news dahil lagi naman siyang victim ng fake news. But then, GMA News posted about it and then 24 Oras with Ms. Mel Tiangco announcing it, wala na. OA man but hagulgol talaga ako. Such a nice and humble man. Thank you, Sir Mike Enriquez! May you rest in eternal peace with the Lord. ❤️

  63. Ang tumatak sa akin was IMBESTIGADOR with "Hindi namin kayo tatantanan" tagline 'cause I like watching true crime investigative stories aside from his 24oras and radio job assignments.

The evening news on 24oras and radio DZBB will never be the same again without hearing that distinct voice and reporting style witnessed, heard, and loved by many Filipinos.

May you rest in peace, Sir Mike Enriquez.
