But still, isa dn sya sa naloko.

  2. He is also a victim. Dobleng sakit nga yun kay Luis, ginamit and trinaidor sya ng supposed best friend nya. Nawala pa yun pera na ininvest nya. Bilib nga ako kahit papaano nadadala nya ng maayos.

May mga videos pa sa Facebook at YouTube. Pangalan niya andun sa articles of incorporation. Kaya nga un mga Investors nagtiwala sa negosyo because they're all banking on his name and reputation. Na hindi sila magogoyo sa investments nila. I should know. Maliit man pero guaranteed.

    4. @1:22am, hina naman ng comperehension haha. Kaya nga kasama sya sa agrabyado diba. Imagine you invested money, your reputation was used, then turns out scam pala??

  3. This is a massive weight off Luis' shoulders. Happy for him to be cleared.

  4. It's nice to know if cleared si Luis. However, di talaga maaalis na malaki ang naging influence niya on why people invested in this business. Blood is still in his hands.

    1. I guess he was promised na aayusin ang problema. I think its like yung mga nangyayari sa mga banks na pag may naamoy na problema kahit kaya namang ayusin lalong lumalala kapag nagwiwithdraw na ang mga tao ng deposits nila at nagkakaroon na ng bank run

      Delete
    2. It was not Luis’ obligation to announce his resignation but that of the officer in charge & who was running the operation but that friend did not do his job at napahamak si Luis

      Delete
    3. Best friend nya kasi yung guy as in super close sila

    4. sana maintindihan ng iba na investment is a risk, you dont expect it to grow, pwede talaga malugi, unless and promised product is a sham or fake, i think ang nangyari ay di nagworkout yun investments kasi nga may factors such as pagtaas ng fuel etc.. anyway, sana maayos lahat ito.

    5. Blood in his hand? Did he kill someone or cause someone to die?

    6. 6:06 wala na ngang return of income pati un MISMONG INVESTMENT nawala.
May bad faith talaga

    7. 11:39 - Hindi lang yan applicable for death. It can also be used as someone who is responsible for the suffering of others due to poor decision making. Lawakan pa ang pagbabasa

    8. 5:48 ikaw ang lumawak Sa comprehension. Blood in his hand line means you are responsible for someone else death….. google mo igno!

    2. Agree ako sayo 1:58 even mga employees din and crews Mabait si luis talaga ! Sana ma clear na name nya soon ❤️

    1. It was not his job to announce his resignation

      Delete
    2. Correct! May video presentation pa. First of all bakit siya tatanggap ng position na mataas kung wala siyang alam about sa company. With a high position comes with high responsibilities.

      Delete
    3. yeah sa part na yun at fault nga naman si luis baka nga naman nakaalam na siya that is something is wrong in the company tapos nag quit siya. pero di ba normally naman wala naman ganyan if magqu-quit ka eh di quit need pa ba ibroadcast just because he was a "celebrity endorser/partner" tapos yun nga nagka-problem ang company, pero if hindi nagkaproblem ang company okay lang naman kung nag quit si luis walang pake ang investors

      Delete
    4. 1:24 wala kang alam ano? Alam mo salitang bad faith, negligence?

      Delete
He entrusted his friend , president of the company to make the announcement but obviously the friend did not do his job cause he knows na mababawasan ang mga investor na gustong mag join.

      Delete
    6. 12:14 he had no bad intention even he himself is a victim . And besides no matter how much encouragement Luis did to the investors , af the end of the day it is the investors who has a final say & decision to take the risk. It’s not like he put a gun in their head and say “mag invest ka dito kung hindi “ at hindi sila pinilit. It’s the investors decision

    1. FYI, ginamit ang name nya WITH HIS CONSENT. May mga video pa nga syang nangi invite ng investors. yung excuse nyang wala syang alam sa kalakaran ng negosyo and basta nya lang pinagamit name nya para ilagay sa position is so annoying na rason. Di ba nga “ignorance of the law excuses no one”? Maiintindihan ko pa kung talagang wala syang ka alam alam na ginamit na name nya but teh, part sya ng company mismo tapos wala syang alam how the business works? Luh! 🥴

As an investor, you do your own due diligence as well and not blame to Luis Manzano.
I’m sorry to you all but Really looks ignorant from your side, commenters. I know Luis and one of his best friends. Mababait yan sila and they don’t deserve it this.

Glad he was cleared. Victim din sya jan.

  10. mas malaki ang effect kay Luis, ginamit na ang image nya nawala pa ang investment nya so if you think na kasabwat pa din siya eh di wow sa'yo

    ReplyDelete
  11. Hopefully since a popular celebrity is a victim, the other victims will get justice too. It's an investment scam and sobrang hirap maresolve niyan sa Pilipinas.

    1. 8:55 Luis already put his money where his mouth is. Sya mismo nag invest ng sarili nyang pera kaya ayon nga nadaya din sya

      Delete
    2. For sure may stake na jan ang kamag-anak at friends nila. They wanted to expand rapidly sa neighboring provinces kaya nag invite ng investors. I'm not sure kung open pa ba yung Batangas branches na tinayo.

  13. CEO and co owner pero cleared?! Something fishy

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  17. Umalis na pala sya so why was his face still plastered on all Flex Fuel's socmed? Dami tuloy nahikayat mag-invest. I hope he cut ties with those user-friendly friends.

    ReplyDelete
At nagpagamit pa kaya nga nahikayat ang iba mag invest because of him. Lurkey!

    1. 4:01 ibig lang nila sabihin nagkamali man si luis, that doesnt make him a conman or a criminal. Go ahead and bash him for his negligence but he does not belong in prison.

      Delete
    2. 4:01 talaga naman mabuting tao si Luis. Kung hindi mo pa nababasa, his name was there to guarantee his investment.

  21. I worked with Luis (different industry) and mabait talaga and very professional na tao. He's very polite, malayo sa banter or comebacks na niya sa bashers niya. I am glad that he's out na sa issue na 'to.

  22. public figure kasi sya kaya hinahatak sya and the result is fair it was investigated and prove na di po sya kasama kaya po di sya na kasuhan. justice will be served for those who committed crime and for those who are innocence they will achieved justice also by proving there innocence.
