    3. Joke nya yun te

      Delete
    4. Not 8:03 but ang scary lang since isa sa leading newspaper ang inquirer tapos nagsspread sila ng fake news, walang pinagkaiba sa mga tabloids na for clickbaits lang.

    5. INQUIRER replied.
They are standing by their story.

    7. @213 parang tabloid na rin ang inquirer ngayon.. Di na nag fafact check..

    8. 223 pang tabloid level ksi lol

    9. The thing is Inquirer is not a tabloid... broadsheet sya parang Manila Bulletin. Its really sad na naging chipipay na ng news paper na to.

      Delete
    10. Eh tama naman ang observation. You expect more from a broadsheet. This? This is tabloid to me too.

  4. Kaya mahirap maging politician. Talagang pinapanood bawat galaw mo. Which is right lang naman at public official ka. Ang dami kasing role ni Arjo. Artista na politiko pa.

    1. At least alam mong naghahanap buhay kaya may pera. Eh yung ibang politiko puro corruption ang alam gawin.

      Delete
    2. Mahirap? It's one of the fastest way to wealth in the Ph, sadly. But this doesn't pertain to the Arjo and Maine. Those two have their own funds too.

      Delete
    3. victim blaming

      Delete
    4. inquirer nga news lng icocover e mali mali pa

      Delete
    5. Yeah, but it’s wrong in any form of journalism, to publish something that is devoid of true fact. Don’t they know how they could tarnish one’s reputation that way?

      Delete
    6. 10:12 that could be their target though? Tarnish his reputation 🤔

      Delete
    7. It comes with the territory. Pinili mong maging politiko prepare na bawat galaw mo eh pwedeng maquestion.

      Delete
    8. Inquirer posted a new article saying that they stand by their story and has documents to proof that it is an official trip. Walang masama na official trip yung kay Arjo because it is; he's part of the committee from what I read. Yung side trip, well, wag na tayo magmaangmaangan. Kalakaran na yan ng mga politicians na nagtratravel for an official trip. If PH embassy officials could only talk, alam nila na any official trip ng politicians, may side trip yan na kasama.

      Delete
  5. They should update the article itself and not just the headline. Not only is it misleading but the first paragraph in the article itself is false.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Agree. And yet, browsing through comments here, you can tell they miss the point and use the fact na public servant or artista to just throw whatever they feel --- all for the hits, the likes.

      Delete
  6. Pwede naman magtanong directly kay arjo for sure sasagutin nya yan as wala naman sya tinatago, actor politician sya, maybe next time be a full time politician na lang

    ReplyDelete
  8. A case of the Inquirer not properly and thoroughly inquiring before making a post? A correction and apology should be made at the very least.

    ReplyDelete
Fire the writer. Ok lang sana kung honest mistake, kaso parang sinulat without research and without verifying anything.

    ReplyDelete
  10. If sincere talaga sa politics sana mag stick nalang si Arjo dun or the other way around.

    1. true. hindi ako fan but I'd say the same thing even if it were another newlywed celeb couple in their shoes. kawawa naman nabahiran pa ng malisya yung happy occasion nila

Ang masaklap most of the time, they dont issue an apology. And when they do, may public outrage na at nahusgahan na ang mga taong involved🤷

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Yun na nga eh. If they have no sense of accountability for those with clout and celebrity, imagine how they may have gotten away with also doing wrong to those na walang platform to speak out. Yun ang di ma-gets ng ilan dito.

  13. The reason why i don't watch vloggers na click baiters. VERY WRONG YUN.

  17. Arjo and to your wife too, you cannot serve two masters at the same time. People voted for you and expect you to serve. Nahahati na nga time mo sa showbiz and politics which shouldn’t be the case cos you are a full time Politician. Paid and elected by the people and their taxes. If showbiz is still your bread and butter, then just focus on showbiz then. Mainit mata ng mga tao and media sa polictians who always travel, may it be for personal or in this case, showbiz related pala.

    1. This. Yung fans kasi nila kung makapagpuri sa kanila is that they get a free pass because both have a lot of money. Lol Maybe it's me but these two are too self aware of calling out everything. You chose to be in the public spotlight. And Maine always sounds mad and self righteous. Private kuno pero may pa magazine. Also her fans are on another level of fandom.

    2. I totally agree

  18. The article was misleading indeed, throwing Arjo in a bad light. Atta girl, for straightening things out right away.

    7. Agree. Mali pa word choice niya with ‘privy’

Diba privy meaning in-the-know. So how can the writer be uninformed kung privy nga siya to whats going on? Contradictory. Using highfalutin words when you don’t know how to use them naman, just to sound smart.

Ganyan ba training nila?

    ReplyDelete
  21. Clickbait and ragebait, talagang magagalit ka since no other context was provided. As much as we implore our fellow netizens to be more discerning, pag ganyan headline knee jerk reaction talaga. And Inquirer still benefits kahit na callout sila. It’s still publicity for them

    ReplyDelete

      Delete
    5. bakit hindi ba pwedeng magreact sa fake news? what kind mentality do you have?

      Delete

      Delete
    7. Kaloka ka. So ok lang sayo ang fake news?

      Delete
    8. 11:32 so you're telling me ok lang palagpasin paninira nila sa asawa mo? Like you won't even defend him? I know I'd defend mine if they ever say things that'll ruin his reputation

    9. Sorry 1:26 but politics involves fake news. And it's not like she does this only once. She does this with the most random things na minsan I dont know if she is just taking things seriously. Dont tell me they get a free pass when many politicians dont get away with it bv theyre less rich or have less fans. Pag alam hindi totoo, let it pass at kung andjan pa, release a statement and live your life. Daming atat.

  25. They also did this to Doc Willie Ong recently. Yung fake pages nya na nireklamo ni Ms. Kris, they reported it it their paper sa 'verified page' daw ni Doc Willie. Kaloka si Inquirer.

    1. I dont think it will prosper. I read the article, wala namang imputation na they used public funds eh.

If anything, weird lang ang timing ng honeymoon nila na sabay sa official trips, which leads people to speculate na parang sinasabay ang pleasure and business

      Delete
    2. 1:32-it’s not weird. It’s efficient. I travel for work and do this. It’s exhausting to have to fly back and forth. As long as you keep expenses separate, it should not be an issue

      Delete
    3. 1.32 kaso ayaw patalo ni Inquirer kasi may "source" daw sila at pinaninindigan nila yung report.

  51. Inquirer is a very credible newspaper and so when they publish something like this European trip of the newlyweds, that means they have solid proof.
