At may video pa na nasa US outlet.
They can always go.to the NBI cyberctime unit and report this. Sana yun na muna ginawa nila. By exposing this people on socmed nabigyan pa ng chance yun mga scammer na yan makatakas.
Ok pinaalam nila na yun account na yan is a scam pero hindi naman nahuli yun mga scammer. It's easy for them to abandon that account and start from scratch.
agree with you, imbes na matrack pa sana yung acct ng scammer at mainvestigate ang modus nila at maidentify sila. they have the chance to deactivate the acct, lie low then rise again using different acct at tuloy ang panloloko.
To the first three na nagreply- may point actually si 11:27.
Nagnanakaw ng pics from legit sellers tas nambblock.
If a person wants to get rich quick or wants to have a "too good to be true" deal, then they can be easily scammed :D :D :D See, scammers exploits the person's opportunistic ways against them :) :) :)
12:00 i beg to differ. Not all, deary. Not all who gets scammed were because of the reason you stated above (price and easy access). Kaya nga “scammers” kase they really put effort in making people believe they are the real deal.
Agree with 5:10 AM. Actually more are scammed because of need, fear, etc. Masyado ka judgmental sa mga nascam but they are not necessarily the "opportunistic" people you describe. In case di ka aware some scammers are organized gangs with very rigorous training kaya magaling sila.
I have my own legit IG Shop too. May nakalagay na “view shop” .
2:35pm sadly maraming walang pang "premium" na yan and would rather risk buying sa the preloved market. Marami dyan may dream bag and malaki yung natitipid with buying preloved tas yung iba may terms na pa layaway or installments pa. Not to victim shame but dapat talaga due diligence sa pagbili ng preloved online. And if its too good to be true, it most probably is. With a little bit of research makikita mo rin naman price range ng specifuc bag.
na-scam na din ako dyan sa IG. Noong una nag-bayad ako sa paypal tapos sabi nya di raw ma-withdraw ng pera ang tanga ko kasi hindi ako nagtaka kasi sa 7-11 ang bayad 😭 26k pa naman yon for the Gucci bag
Lola, don't equate online shopping with katamaran sa paglabas. Online shopping is really a smart thing to do because its more convenient at tipid. You just have to do due diligence.
Just buy from legit websites (must check the spelling and do a bit of research on the site), avoid social media, specially if it’s a luxury item. Buy only from sites that have options for Apple Pay or Google Pay or Paypal (so you don’t have to enter and store your card details on the sites). Do not buy luxury items from platforms such as lazada/amazon/shopee, just don’t. If second hand items, do not buy online, go to the physical store to check the product. Best to buy luxury items from websites that have their own physical stores such as Harrods or sites with their own stocks and have a clear return/refund policy such as Selfridges, and who use decent courier companies. There are a lot of other established sites (been operating for at least 5 years), just research well before anything. Never pay cash in advance directly to the seller if buying via social media.

ReplyDeleteeto yung problema sa online. as much as gusto mo sana sumuporta sa small business, ang hirap dahil sa mga ganitong nangyayari.
ReplyDeleteYou never buy designer bags online from unknown sellers. Like seriously?🙄 If you’re going going to buy online, get it from their official website.
ReplyDeleteBaka naman preloved. Pero kung ganyan kalaking amount bibitawan dapat may meet-up at personal nya tingnan yung bag at bayaran.
DeletePreloved nga e
DeleteMay mga legit nmn kasi tlga online seller
DeleteWhy risk it though? Lalo na for something that expensive. I’d pay the premium for my peace of mind kesa naman aasa sa reseller tas pag fake iiyak

DeleteUnion bank should intervene on the scammer account with them. Otherwise, lipat na kayo ng bangko peeps.
ReplyDeleteBasta Ganito Magtype, Magduda Ka na.
ReplyDeleteOo nga! Nagtiwala siya sa ganyan sumagot???? Give away na yung ganyan. Red flag na yan if 1 liner lang. Or tagalog na nga, wrong grammar pa

ReplyDeleteBuy sa physical shop not online
ReplyDeleteAsk ko lang why??? With the technology in this day and age, bakit ka magbabayad derecho na nakachat mo lang sa ig. Hay naku mina
ReplyDeleteMika Salamanca posted about this scammer too some time ago. She was scammed along with her friends and I heard she deposited like 300k.

Or meet up at kaliwaan ang bayad at pagbigay ng item.
ReplyDeleteShe should expose the name . Nasa bank transfer naman yun. You can report them to DTI.
