I wouldn't call this tragedy intentional because I don't believe any human can go as far as doing this to other fellow human beings. Even sycophants and serial killers still feel remorse for their evil doings, so if this was indeed international- where do they get the courage to do this to their fellow people?

In a residential area in Lahaina (part of Maui) there was a wildfire. Malaki yung damage and over 100 na namatay from the fire. They didn’t have time to evacuate kasi mabilis yung pagkalat ng fire also because of the strong winds.
