  5. Na diagnosed din ako ng PTSD and on medication now. At first ayaw ko ng tulong ng kahit sino and kahit alam kong mahal ako ng asawa at immediate Family ko, isama pa mga true friends ko, i felt so empty. Kinain ng Depression ang sistema ko. Buti na lang maswerte ako na meron akong support na di ako binitawan at andito ako sa bansa na maganda at serious nilang titignan ang Mental Health issue kaya I‘m doing better now. Minsan akala natin kaya natin lahat but wag natin kalimutan tumawag sa Diyos, di ka niya bibitawan.

  7. Honestly,That’s the only way to go para sa mga may mental health ang to end their life. nagiging common nalang sa mga Gen Z ang ganito. But i will never blame them wala tayo sa position nila. Traumatic ito sa mga naiwan nya lalo sa parents Habang buhay nila tatanungin sarili nila
Kung bakit ginawa ito ng kanilang anak.
