May mga bagay sa mundo na out of control na natin. If someone reaches that point in his life, there’s no other way but down. Having a strong support is not enough kasi at the end of the day, they are on their own.
12:24 agree, some people naman end their life not because they’re internally struggling parin but they’re at peace na. Parang they accept it na ok hanggang dito nalang talaga I’m ready to go. Parang there’s no point na kung magpapatuloy pa sila.
Some say na "kaya mo yan laban lang" but iba when you fight depression. Iba talaga ang feeling bilang I am myself is experiencing and on meds with this.

Masakit mawalan ng tatay at ng ibang mahal sa buhay. Hindi ka talaga makapag-move on, you just move around it. Hindi rin totoo ang sinasabi ng iba na it gets better in time. Ang nangyayari ay may araw na okay ka, at may araw naman na parang ang hirap huminga dahil sa sakit ng nararamdaman mo. I know from experience, sadly.

We always wonder why some people chose to end their lives. Minsan akala natin na if they are surrounded by friends and families, masi-save pa din sila. The truth is, it’s difficult to fully understand their struggles. Also, those who try to help them also have their own lives kaya hindi sila anytime nasa tabi ng taong dumadaan sa matinding depression. And worse, dadating sa point na susuko din sila because it would affect them mentally and emotionally. Ito yung mga bagay sa mundo na mahirap intindihin at hanapan ng solusyon. I don’t want to romanticize suicide but maybe, just maybe..this is the only way that person could find peace.
It's so sad. If only there's an instant cure to protect and care for our mental health. RIP.
