I really detest how this guy talks about our justice system when he had never categorically denied having “relations” with a married woman. The commission of one crime does not necessarily cancel out the commission of another. A woman may commit adultery at the same time that the husband is committing concubinage. In this scenario, it is not unfair for the woman to be the only one (with the paramour) prosecuted when only the husband filed a complaint-affidavit. Our justice system prescribes the modes of initiating cases and posting on social media is not among them.
In court, the burden of proof is yours. For the sake of argument, let's just say that they are both doing the deed, but the court has to decide on the basis of absolute facts & evidence presented, BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT. The husband had the child with the other woman.
