I dont think third party companiues should handle mediation. Tito before their last day had interviews left and right with various youtube showbiz vloggers and new network. Never have I heard him say they approach gma to ask for their help or opinion. They were confident other stations would be going after them. Iyan ay base sa vlog ni Vice at presscon ni Lopez. So meaning ay walang alam ang Gozon na lilipat sa 5 ang TVJ at sila din ay nagulat kaya no time na sila mag-alok dahil nakalipat na.
Yung gtv blocktime yan gaya ng sa TAPE with main channel. Ang kailangan nila producer at yun ang kayang ibigay ng tv5. Imagine kung kinupkop ng gma ang dalawa habang may legal battle. In this TAPE- TVJ brouhaha, the person who should answer a lot of things is Tony Tuviera, the president and part owner of TAPE. How come that TVJ perceived that the program as theirs alone and that management's role is just to provide funds for their salaries ( which is enormous as all of them are wealthy)? Kung magsalita sila, parang sila na rin ang producers, na walang paikialam ang managment sa programming.

Pwede ba, sa mga nagsasabi na walang liability ang GMA on airing of replays and live of “Eat Bulaga” to this day, wag madaming kuda na parang expert kayo sa intellectual property at copyright laws. TVJ wants the name EB back, and including GMA in the complaint is just another way to put pressure on TAPE. Yun lang yon. Tama yung isang commenter na sa ganyang level of negotiation this is really how they play hardball. Yung mga rich sanay na sila na magfile at tamaan ng lawsuits, kebs lang sila sa ganyan.
