When you go to Manila ocean park, ang mahal ng parking fee nila. To think na Hindi naman until night ung park. Walang maayos na lane ung park, tapos walang tao or security na umiikot man lang to check the area. Wala din nagsasabi if full na ba ung parking, basta bago pumasok magbabayad ka. Walang system dun pero May bayad agad. Park at your own risk talaga. Sa labas kasi ng establishment, medyo nakakatakot mag park kasi open area. Hindi ko alam if mas maganda pa nga sa labas kasi ung naniningil ng parking sa labas e naka bantay palagi sa area. Pero bottom line, the parking is inside the establishment, tapos mahal ung parking fee, ano man lang ba yung May security na umiikot or if May problem e Pwede mo takbuha or Pag reportan.
Kahit sa Europe, may ganyan din at mga kotse pa naman dito ay bawal mag tainted sa driver at passenger seats sa harap.. Kaya make sure na walang kahit piso naiwan sa car.

Not leaving valuables inside the car is a rule that should be followed anywhere. I learned this as a kid in the 80s when our car was forcibly opened because we left groceries inside. 20 years after, a balikbayan I knew made the mistake of leaving luggages inside a van while eating inside a mall. She lost everything, including the things/money that were entrusted to her by colleagues to be given to their relatives here. Even with beefed up security, no establishment can guarantee our/our possessions’ safety so let’s all stay vigilant.
True that hindi maganda ang parking ng Manila Oceanpark. My family went there and stayed overnight at their hotel. We thought that hotel parking would be in a separate area coz longer stay yung cars ng hotel guests. Parking is not in an enclosed area, no security guards, anybody can go in and out. Manila Oceanpark should improve their parking area, especially nagpapabayad naman sila.
He called out the parking area na dapat May security nga naman. Sa laki ng revenue at profit bahala ang mag park ng sasakyan. Wag mag iiwan ng valuables s kotse! Be cautious kapag lalabas ng sasakyan! Wag po tayo show off!
Several years ago, read that it wasn't just in the parking of Manila Ocean Park, may nag p pick pocket rin daw sa loob, mixing with the visitors. They crowd you especially in the dark areas of the establishment. I never brought my family back there since I read that warning.

ReplyDeleteCarbon monoxide poisoning happens if ON ang sasakyan and aircon and walang open windows. Heatstroke pag off ang aircon and sasakyan kasi mainit dito.

Huh? problema na nila 'yun

When you go to Manila ocean park, ang mahal ng parking fee nila. To think na Hindi naman until night ung park. Walang maayos na lane ung park, tapos walang tao or security na umiikot man lang to check the area. Wala din nagsasabi if full na ba ung parking, basta bago pumasok magbabayad ka. Walang system dun pero May bayad agad. Park at your own risk talaga. Sa labas kasi ng establishment, medyo nakakatakot mag park kasi open area. Hindi ko alam if mas maganda pa nga sa labas kasi ung naniningil ng parking sa labas e naka bantay palagi sa area. Pero bottom line, the parking is inside the establishment, tapos mahal ung parking fee, ano man lang ba yung May security na umiikot or if May problem e Pwede mo takbuha or Pag reportan.
DeleteKahit sa Europe, may ganyan din at mga kotse pa naman dito ay bawal mag tainted sa driver at passenger seats sa harap.. Kaya make sure na walang kahit piso naiwan sa car.
ReplyDeletesobrang open lang kasi ng parking jan sa Ocean Park and tbh wala naman pake mga guard. wala rin nagccheck ng gamit sa may drop off area. What if may masasamang loob na may dala pa lang baril dun eh marami rin tumatambay sa area na yun

OP must provide sufficient and efficient security cams within the vicinity and sabayan pa ng security personnel viability at all times! Dapat tapatan ang katusuhan ng mga crooks na 'yan, kung tuso sila sa pag gawa ng crimes dapat mas tuso tayong lumalaban ng patas!

Ok na sana ung post nya but why the heck would he include saying na he was supposed to withdraw money and put it in the compartment? Nobody in his right should ever do that with or without security threat.
ReplyDeleteNot leaving valuables inside the car is a rule that should be followed anywhere. I learned this as a kid in the 80s when our car was forcibly opened because we left groceries inside. 20 years after, a balikbayan I knew made the mistake of leaving luggages inside a van while eating inside a mall. She lost everything, including the things/money that were entrusted to her by colleagues to be given to their relatives here. Even with beefed up security, no establishment can guarantee our/our possessions’ safety so let’s all stay vigilant.

DeleteTrue that hindi maganda ang parking ng Manila Oceanpark. My family went there and stayed overnight at their hotel. We thought that hotel parking would be in a separate area coz longer stay yung cars ng hotel guests. Parking is not in an enclosed area, no security guards, anybody can go in and out. Manila Oceanpark should improve their parking area, especially nagpapabayad naman sila.
ReplyDeleteHe called out the parking area na dapat May security nga naman. Sa laki ng revenue at profit bahala ang mag park ng sasakyan. Wag mag iiwan ng valuables s kotse! Be cautious kapag lalabas ng sasakyan! Wag po tayo show off!
ReplyDeleteSeveral years ago, read that it wasn't just in the parking of Manila Ocean Park, may nag p pick pocket rin daw sa loob, mixing with the visitors. They crowd you especially in the dark areas of the establishment. I never brought my family back there since I read that warning.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I visited Manila Ocean Park when it was new. Much has been said about how this place has been poorly maintained, especially its security.
