They make sure both parents are in the child’s life. They give the custody to who is the better parent, but the other parent has visitation rights and they allow the kids to stay also to the other parent it depends kung ano ang decision ng judge. As per my husband case he won the custody battle against his ex and had the custody of their daughter. But the child will stay with the mom every other weekend. The mom have ther right din naman to see the child whenever she wants to as long as she ask permission to the dad if its ok. And also the mom had to pay my husband chikd support. Theres also instances naman na parents are granted with shared custody. And the court determines too the hatian ng araw kung kelan ang schedule ng parents to have the kids. So sad. Sa mga relasyong di nagwork kids are the one who always suffers.

I have a question if he doesnt have any work permit or a proper visa then why did he appear in some telenovelas of abs cbn? Why did abs not ask for him to provide documents? Isnt it their job to chexl papers of foreigners they hire? Or a diffferent / special visa applies on cases like this? If wala eh di lahat sila accomplice? Also did he pay taxes from his earnings?
