This goes to show hindi nila man lang na-stipulate sa contract nila with TAPE na EB with its main hosts, considering nasa contract signings ang TVJ. How disappointing, knowing na abogado sila. They should have protected themselves, para they can step in when the show is in doubt. Like I know they have a contract but surely there are exit conditions. Abogado nga sila e, they should have used their law know how to their advantage. How unfortunate
It is not as easy as what you think it is. First, they've been doing this for decades and trust is built between two parties. GMA let TAPE to meddle on every aspects of the show, its operations, its management. Even the talents don't have specifics on their contracts since EB is built in trust, knowing the one facing GMA is Tuviera. But it turns 180 when someone not part of the discussion enter the scene. Which both parties were not used to, kaya di mo masisi ang TVJ and GMA on how the Jalosjos' TAPE sudden powertripping. See, GMA is caught off guard, all they can do is let the contract push through and provide talents.
Maganda ang statement ni atty. annette. It is very clear. Also, being supportive and abiding with the contract are two different things. Jalosjos nalang naniniwala sa mga lies nila. Happy to hear the gma wanted tvj to stay.
