Okay so ang nangyari pala is TVJ decided May 31 was to be their last day and they planned to have a farewell event. They did not inform Tape beforehand na they were going to do a mass resignation that day. The Jalosjos’ found out and they stopped the show from broadcasting. Tama ba?
jalosjos reduced their salaries by 10%, made mr. t resigned forcefully and wanted the senior writer out. TVJ stood against them. Glad to see a united front. I go where TVJ and OG dabarkads are.

Sana di nalang pinakialaman ang EB di naman nila kasalanan mga utang ng mga Jalosjos (while tuviera was the chairman, jalosjos pdin and CFO so the buck falls there).

And instead of appreciating the years of hard work contributing to the longevity of the show, pinapag force resign lang sila ng mga Jalosjos para makatipid sa retirement pay. Very obvious ang galawan ng mga ganid employers na ganyan. Sige if you want young and fresh staff kuno, e di magbayad kayo! Your employees should be entitled to separation pay, hindi yung pa forced resignation kyeme. Style nyo bulok 🤮

8:24 dahil nagresign na sila they have forfeited their decades of tenure. Wala na silang mahahabol na severance or retirement pay from TAPE, which is exactly what these jalosjos guys wanted. Syempre may SSS pension pa din silang makukuha from their own contributions, pero wala na yung large sum they would've been entitled to by law if they were allowed to retire in TAPE kasi that amount is based on how many years you have served in your last company. No severance pay din kasi sila ang nagquit. If TAPE were honest employers na may konsensya at utang na loob, kung kailangan talaga nila magbawas dapat sila mismo ang nag let go ng mga tao through retrenchment para kahit papano may pera pa ring matatangap yung mga natangalan ng trabaho.
Kaya it's so important for workers to know their rights, kasi dadayain ka talaga ng mga employer na ganito
Ang nilalaban ng mga host kasi dyan di lang sila kundi ung staff at crew na gusto ng mga Jalosjos na tanggalin na lahat. Di nga nman fair un. Di na din sila makakakita ng host na di pinapasweldo kinakaltasan ng tax pero pumapasok pa din sa trabaho.
The Jalosjos camp badmouths these people. Laos na daw ang TVJ, gasgas na ang writing, out with the old in with the new. But you cannot deny that these employees deserved to retire with grace and dignity, not be thrown away like trash.
