  1. daming ganap ni Ateng Ria. On side note, dapat any artist na pumapasok sa politika or government institution, dapat tumitigil sa pag aartista para wlang conflict of interest.

    2. She graduated in one of the most prestigious universities here in PH and she studied communication. Anong problema in case she will take the job?

Not a fan of her ha pero yung iba dito parang puro hate nalang towards her.

    4. 2:24 I don't know if you even understood 12:29's point.

Walang kwenta rin ang school kung ganyan.

    7. Kahit graduate ng prestigious uni, kailangan mag-take ng civil service exam to serve the government. Requirement yun. Kung talagang matalino ka, chicken lang yun.

Pero teka, ano bang qualifications nya? With Honors ba from the School of Urban and Regional Planning? Some leadership course? Don't tell me malakas lang ang kapit?

      Delete
    8. Experience, are there people more qualified ?

      Delete

    10. as if naman di maipapasa ni Ria ang civil service exam makajudge naman mga to, qualifications well she is a communications graduate sa hindi pipitsuing school and she is an actress herself, sino gusto mo ilagay dyan? kung gusto mo ikaw nalang 5:46

    11. 2:24 Hindi mo siguro naiintindihan ang point ni 12:29. Kung ikaw magpapasweldo ng malaki, dapat dun ka na sa makapagbibigay ng full-time commitment at may years of relevant experiences. E, baka puro to excuses kapag na-appoint dahil sa showbiz engagements niya

      Delete

      Delete
    13. Only career civil servants are required to take the exam. Political appointees are co-terminus with the appointing officer.

    3. 1:06 I know nasa basurahan na ang standards ng mga pwedeng maging politiko/public servant sa atin, but I feel like yung mga ganitong caliber nang trabaho needs at least a master's degree. And iba ang spokesperson para sa executive branch ng bansa, it's not a job na pwedeng ibigay kung kani kanino as evidenced by celine's "track record" na naging laughingstock lalo ang MMDA lol

      Delete
    4. Maraming graduates plus may experience… bakit sya? Dapat Hindi yan inaapoint… instead dumaan sa proper hiring process para yung talagang May credentials and competent ma hire…nepotism at its finest to

  17. for sure may mga comms grad at lawyer sa mmda, mas magandang spokes person yun. or utilize as comms yung pede from existing roster ng mmda

    ReplyDelete
  18. Porket communication graduate qualified and chosen agad???? No experience pa. She is not even a good actress. Pera and power lang talaga. Sabagay, kailangan matibay sikmura mo to communicate na for the good of the Filipino people ang government projects imbes na kanya-kanyang nakaw lang mga nasa power.

May government positions na ang taas educational requirement for definitely lower salary grade.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Mas Maraming qualified because of educational background siguro at experience pero kung sanay na sa politics e baka mag nakaw lang. Mas mabuti na Ang newbie na very eager to work and sabi nga spokesperson lang Naman di Naman may hawak Ng department so give her a chance Hindi sya mukhang corrupt.

      Delete
    2. 3:30 That job is a highly coveted position. I'm sure they can find someone who meets both professional and ethical standards but they chose to hire an actress lol I don't get it.

  19. Lol WHAT A JOKE!

  20. Ang harsh ng joke na ito. Sinabak agad sa gyera tapos walang skills sa barilan lol Sometimes the worst thing that can happen is when people get what they want.

    1. Ako nga civil service passer. Professional. Hirap kumuha ng gov.job kahit maganda credentials. Connection pa rin kasi kailangan

      Delete
    2. same anon 4:47. civil service passer then ako nadiscourage akong mag-apply in any gov't jobs kasi kailangan ng backer para sure na mahahire. wala naman akong connections.

      Delete
Like nasa hospital ako and posts ng mga nurse, PT, medtech, etc panay mga may backer, not necessarily the best applicant. I'm a doctor and konti lang kasi sa field namin kaya nakapasok ako ng walang backer.

Ria is qualified education-wise and she has the clout and media presence to handle the job, kaya tigilan niyo na siya. I'm not even her mom nor I'm a fan.

      Delete

    5. Gurl 10:40 fan ka. Periodt hahahahah

      Delete
    6. 10:40 as far as this field goes, she's a fresh grad with no relevant experience - and she's offered an ASEC post??! That's not an entry level post. Offered. She didn't even go through a proper recruitment process.

      Delete
  37. In the first place, the MMDA does not need a spokesperson as 1) they don’t have issues that their own officials cannot explain for themselves 2) that there are not issues with this agency that they have to hire someone to explain 3). Ms Atayde is not a career officer. Let her learn the ropes the proper way
