    3. They have always had OK body. When a healthy person gains some weight, it’s not usually the appearance they’re bothered about. It’s about how they feel inside. Siguro you’ve never been healthy kaya you don’t know the feeling of being tired, sluggish and lack of energy when you’re carrying more weight than you’re used to. Hindi nila problema ang problema ng mga hindi magkaanak.

  7. Bakit itong mga ibang kapapanganak lang masyadong GGSS at lagi ineexpose ang sarili nila. Hindi b pwede don nalang sa baby ang atensyon? We dont care about your body,health etc.pwede naman yan ipacheck up mo nalang at gawin at your own. Yung baby yung gusto ng tao on how you take care of her kasi sa mga viewers mas natutuwa sila at nakakawala ng stress.

  8. I took a class one time kay Mindy, during pandemic eto, so online, I learned a lot from her kasi totoo, our stomach does not close easily after giving birth. Kaya kailangan ng healing and yun binder really helps. Our core muscle weakens after manganak. So before ka mag workout ng extreme kailangan muna pagalingin ang core muscles. Kailangan sya mag close. Eto yun reason why a lot of moms has pouch yun karamihan, kasi hindi nag fufully heal yun diastasis recti. Akala mo taba lang. But no. Go Jessie, once you complete the entire program with Mindy, sobrang helpful.

Hay Ginoo..porket may comment sa isang post dito na ang laki ni Jessie nag post tuloy sa post partum weight loss journey or saga or whatever..na pressure tuloy...1st time mom, yung recovery mu nalang at bond ng baby mo muna..bahala na ibang tao kung ano sasabihin sa weight mo..oo, importante balik exercise at healthy talaga na ma develop yung habit na hindi ihinto pero dont worry na at mag explain sa mga nakaabang na Maritess

    1. OA mo…she looks after her husband and her child rin naman… she’s just pointing out to other moms na healing first is important before hardcore exercises… anong masama dun? Besides if it makes her happy na sexy sya, let her be… it’s hard to loose weight, it’s hard to be overweight, choose your hard… besides exercises boost your happy hormones… Hindi lang about pagpapa sexy no… watch your words. Saying and assuming pagpapasexy lang alam is a form of bullying someone who just wants to feel good and stay healthy

  18. “Still in progress” ba yung pic? Parang ang sexy and “flat” tummy naman, wala din muffin top or love handle. Ang taas ng standard for herself. I dont see anything wrong sa katawan nya. Unrealistic for mommies like me struggling to lose the extra weight even after 3 years. Huhuhu. Or Is she fishing for compliments? Tapos pati bra agaw pansin.i think she wanted attention and compliments.

  19. Dapat naman talaga iconsition mo yung Reproductive Organs mo as well as your whole being dahil masamang mabinat. Okay Lang yung light activities and exercise Pero yung heavy lifting at brutal exercise regimen. Nag- Iba kasi ang stamina after giving birth.

  20. Nung pagkapanganak ko ng CS, ang concern ko lang ay makatulog at makaligo. For her to think about attending healing programs or working out is an indication na sandamakmak ang kasambahay niya at may yaya yung bata na di lang kita sa mga socmed niya.

    1. If you check Luis’s bday vlog andun kita lahat ng staff nila sa bahay. Andami parang andami nilang anak. Sa baby pa lang 2 midwives na - one for daytime & 1 for night time duties. Sarap ng mayaman. Kaya makaka focus talaga sya ng matindi sa pagbabalik alindog program. Lol!
