11:36, I just turned 50. I do HIIT workout , les mills body pump workout , I go to Orangetheory fitness and F45 functional training, yoga, barre, pilates regularly. I also train for half marathons ( 6 times a year from 2015 to 2020 ) now it’s twice a year. I have friends in the fitness community who are older than me ( in their 60s and they even join triathlons) . With the approval of my doctor lahat ng activities ko . But I agree , we have to listen to our body pag need ng rest . ❤️
Mahirap ngayon ang heat stroke. Saka may nabalita itong buwan lang may sumali sa triathlon namatay. Sa Davao yata un. Saka minsan di din alam ng iba na may bara sila sa puso gaya ni Gardo. Tapos full exertion ka pa. Mahirap
11:36am I don't agree. Kung mataas naman level of fitness why not? Basta listen to your body din. Exercise can be done well into old age basta appropriate yung type of exercise sa level mg tao. Yung hindi ako agree is yung sedentary tas bibiglain yung katawan. Pwede naman slowly I build up yung level of fitness.

Common naman po ang long ride sa mga cyclists, not sure if he trained for it pero di naman na bago yan mag bike from metro to wherever. meron pa nga hanggang ilocos mula qc.
Kahit fit or unfit pa yan, exercise is good. Ang problema lang masyadong mainit ngayon, tapos wala kang check up, di mo alam na barado pala mga veins at arteries mo, atake talaga or worst rupture aneurysm ka. So doble ingat, trigger lagi ang init at dehydration, samahan mo pa ng mga undiagnosed med condition. Stay hydrated and get regular check up.
