    1. True! Wag na magpaka righteous at alam natin lahat ng nahuhuli will try to get away with it because sobrang hassle magbayad ng ticket + why should we pay a government that steals from us already? Even the enforcers are in it for the bribes.

  5. Thank u Stephen Speak for speaking out the Bribery and at the same time that person will be dismiss from service coz you just need to Bragged

    1. If that was the case, then deserve nya maremove sa service.

May payo pa. Minsan konti lambing mababait yung iba MMDA at wag sila awayin pramis.

    ReplyDelete

  16. Bribe should not be used in jest, more so when a tourist. Reason #7654 to stay in school!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. First of all, honesty should be taught first and foremost at home, not in school. Second, say what you want about Stephen Speaks but they've accomplished enough for them to be touring the world over a decade after their song came out. Your derogatory "stay in school" is not valid here.

Yes bribe. Not wrong choice of word. Bribe mula pinakamababa hanggang pinakamataas, gumagana yan

    ReplyDelete
  20. Isn't it true that MMDA officers always ask for bribes? Let's not pretend please. They're so incredibly corrupt

    ReplyDelete

    1. This is an unfair statement. I’had several encounters with MMDA personnel marami naman maayos. Huwag naman natin lahatin.

  21. nakita nya siguro yung super fan s kpop na airport security kaya sinubukan nya din. gumana nga.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Hay naku pare-parehong nakakasuka. Yung Stephen Speaks nakakasuka for being proud that they bribed a traffic enforcer, the traffic enforcer naman for wanting to take a selfie with a mere foreigner, and the MMDA for being such a hypocrite (at mali pa ang grammar sa 4th tweet 🙄).

    ReplyDelete
  23. daldal kasi, lesson is STFU

  24. who even is this guy

    ReplyDelete
It happens and it happens all the time. For sure ung mga driver ng ma politicians dyan never matiticketan or mahuhuli. Tigilan na yang kuda ng MMDA. No one buys that.
Maglinis linisan kayo all you want. Very third world.

  26. So I have a question, It was green light when I crossed but the traffic suddenly got so bad and the light turned red and I was in the middle of the road when it happened. i had the choice to go forward just like what other cars did but doing so will obstruct the vehicles coming from the other side than just staying in the middle near the island. So I just stayed there and waited and a police officer flagged me down and ask to see my license. So he said I should have just pushed it instead of waiting there? 🤷🤷. Net hindi naman ako nakaabala with what i did and because of that hindi nastuck un incoming cars. So mali pa pala ako?

    ReplyDelete

    1. In this case you should have moved forward. The rule is to not move forward kung “puno na sa harap” kasi you might block the intersection. The same rule applies to driving here and in other countries.

      Delete
    2. Between green and red there's amber light, so it went to amber light first before it turned red. I don't know if you are turning left or going straight but if you are in the middle of the intersection just go. That is better than staying in the middle if yhe intersection while the light is red. Did you study the traffic rules or no?

      Delete
    3. I was going straight. It was green foe a long time while I was in the intersection but sadly because of a sudden bottleneck it turned yellow then red. I would have gone straight but given there is a build up. I would have blocked the cars coming from the right. Sayang naman their chance to move if I would just insist on pushing thru which clearly may blockage right in front. So yes I did study traffic rules but there's also presence of mind.

  27. Masyado sensitive mga tao. In reality, totoo naman nangyayari yan. Pag kilala nahuhuli, pwede maexcuse. Kaya please, wag magmalinis. Dapat nga mahiya kayo. Kasi di well trained ang mga tao nyo.
