Ang problema, concubinage can only be proven kapag caught in the act at kapag nagsama sa isang bubong ang lalaking kasal at ang kabit. Mahirap mapatunayan ang nagsiping. Unless lumabas ang bata at magpa-DNA test. Kaya ayang papost post ng picture, mahinang ebidensya yan kaya matapang sila.

so ang tanong ko: nag-file na ba si M ng concubinage case against V? because UNFORTUNATELY, based sa existing laws, dehado talaga si M dito. madaling mapatunayan ang adultery case vs M. yung concubinage case against V (if mag-file man si M), mahirap kasi ang grounds nun very specific.

ReplyDeleteIn this case, what I observe most often is people taking sides either with "team Maggie" or "team Victor," but not many realize that the real loser here is their son, Connor. He will grow up in a broken family, and the breakup is incredibly ugly.
ReplyDeleteThis situation shows how narcissistic they both are, failing to prioritize their son's welfare and ignoring the negative impact that their nasty fight will have on him. They can't even set aside their egos for the sake of their child.
Additionally, I would like to mention the other woman involved, Rachel. If she is a good person, she should try to persuade Victor not to pursue legal action against Maggie by filing so many cases. Despite everything that has happened, Maggie is still Connor's mother, and no father would want his son growing up with a mother in jail.
In this battle, no one will come out as the winner, but the worst effect of it all will be on Connor, the innocent child. It's truly heartbreaking.

ReplyDeleteAng problema, concubinage can only be proven kapag caught in the act at kapag nagsama sa isang bubong ang lalaking kasal at ang kabit. Mahirap mapatunayan ang nagsiping. Unless lumabas ang bata at magpa-DNA test. Kaya ayang papost post ng picture, mahinang ebidensya yan kaya matapang sila.
ReplyDeleteDehado talaga ang babae sa batas sa Pilipinas. Sana talaga bigyang pansin na ito ng mga legislators. Napaka-backwards ng mga batas natin. Di ko masisi si Maggie kung bakit di siya makapagsampa ng kaso.
