Question lang. of all the cases that V filed, was one of them a petition for annulment? Imean, if he has all the evidence in this God’s green earth, that’s the first thing he would do. Moreover, it would also clean the slate for him so he can move on and marry whomever he wants. Plus the fact that while his marriage with M is still not annulled, any offspring of his outside of his marriage with M will be cast as illegitimate. If time is of the essence, his money and connections can get the annulment granted in no time. So why the criminal cases? Is it because he wants M to languish in detention because of the amount of bail that may be imposed simply due to the volume of cases? Or is it because he can’t come to court with clean hands in the annulment case? I’m sure the pre-nup will be key to the annulment case. All the more V should have filed for annulment if the pre-nup is as ironclad as V claims. Panalo siya dun. Besides, walang relevance ang pre-nup sa criminal cases na fi-nile against M.

ReplyDeleteQuestion lang. of all the cases that V filed, was one of them a petition for annulment? Imean, if he has all the evidence in this God’s green earth, that’s the first thing he would do. Moreover, it would also clean the slate for him so he can move on and marry whomever he wants. Plus the fact that while his marriage with M is still not annulled, any offspring of his outside of his marriage with M will be cast as illegitimate. If time is of the essence, his money and connections can get the annulment granted in no time. So why the criminal cases? Is it because he wants M to languish in detention because of the amount of bail that may be imposed simply due to the volume of cases? Or is it because he can’t come to court with clean hands in the annulment case? I’m sure the pre-nup will be key to the annulment case. All the more V should have filed for annulment if the pre-nup is as ironclad as V claims. Panalo siya dun. Besides, walang relevance ang pre-nup sa criminal cases na fi-nile against M.
